INFINITI of Nashua

Matt was extremely helpful describing the car used Infiniti that I wanted to buy. He knew the product very well and was able to answer all questions directly. I work with a new salesperson that was still learning all of the features of the vehicles so this is why I did not rate all aspects of my visit a 5.

I was impressed from the second I walked into the showroom door. Friendly and very knowledgeable sales people. Every question had a immediate answer. Hugh was very patient with my many of questions and did not hound me after my visit, which was truly appreciated. Mark was quick to respond to my email inquiries about cars in stock and also very knowledgable and spoke highly of his sales team. Joe and Ron were great in helping with the purchase agreement and files of paperwork that followed. Hugh spent over 2 hours with me on pickup day, going over every inch of the car and demonstrating all the features the car has to offer. I am very happy with my G37x and the whole experience was absolutely positive. I know after my experience, I made the right choice with Infiniti of Nashua.

I'm a repeat customer of Infiniti of Nashua. I've been very happy with the customer service both in the sales and service areas. Dealing with car issues or looking for a new car is not my favorite thing to do, but I have had great experiences with the people at Infiniti of Nashua. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional. For this new car, I dealt mostly with Hugh McQueen who was absolutely fantastic! He was very patient with all of my questions and wasn't pushy. He really helped with looking at the pros and cons to figure out what car would be best for me, and I'm so happy with my final choice. We also dealt with Joe Gindi for our trade-in, and he was very easy to work with, always smiling and very helpful and fair. Jack Korpi has been wonderful to deal with in the Service area for my last Infiniti, so I'm very happy that we'll be able to see him for the new car service.

Sean was exceptional in all categories. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He presented the car we were looking for very well, comparing it to other models. He answered all our questions and delivered the car as promised on time and in excellent condition.

The Infiniti Dealership personnel were all frendly and accomidating. Even though they are located 45 minutes from my Town, I would recommend them to my neighbors.

Great customer service. Jeff didn't try to oversell a great product and they offered a great price. You even get a genuine smile and greeting from the front desk! I highly recommend coming here.

We just bought our second car from Infiniti of Nashua, and as far as I'm concerned there's no reason to look elsewhere. Both the sales and service departments are dedicated to providing superlative service, and they deliver. For this purchase we had the pleasure of working with Hugh McQueen. Hugh is knowledgeable about all aspects of the cars he sells, from "under the hood" to all of the features included in the cockpit. He did not make us feel pressured to buy and was unfailingly courteous, even finding a tylenol and bottle of water for my sinus headache. Definitely a 5 on a scale of 5. I must also add that I replaced my last Infiniti because it was totaled after a tow truck hit me in a front-end collision. I walked away with minor bruising. The crumple zone and other safety features built into that car clearly saved me from serious injury.
