I was very pleased with my experience with Infiniti of Nashua. I was originally considering another car and called with some questions about the EX35. Eli was very knowledgeable about the car and what the dealership could do for me. I came to see the car and after the initial test drive decided it was the car for me. The whole process was completed very quickly and they were also very helpful with the disposition of my previously leased vehicle. Claire contacted me soon after I got the car and was very helpful in getting me able to use all the technology the car has to offer. She answered all my questions and was very nice to work with. I would definitely recommend Infiniti of Nashua to anyone I know and I am sure I will work with them again!

I gave them eth ratings above because I felt they were very professional and gave me a great deal on a new car. Ron and his sales team spent the time required to explain the car and features. They were very knowledgeable. I never felt pressured. Their post sale activities were fabulous. A pleasure to work with.

From start to finish I was blown away with the excellent service that Infiniti of Nashua provides to their customers. My sales consultant, Sean was extremely helpful every step of the way... From my original thought of wanting an Infiniti, listening to what I actually want in a car, putting together my options, and immediately knowing what could work. Sean was knowledgeable in every aspect of this process, but more than ever he was exceptional in his honesty and caring – knowing how important this is to his customers.

I have been buying vehicles for over 20 years and the buying experience that I received at this Dealership was superior. Sean Nicholson, Sales Consultant, is a true professional that would succeed in any profession of his choosing. His product knowledge was superior for every vehicle on the lot and his attention to detail was exceptional. I spent over 2 weeks shopping for a reliable vehicle for my wife and wound up with a pre-owned G35X that I never imagined would be in my price range. I called him and told him about my trade, he agreed with my expectations of what I thought it was worth and he called me back with a deal in less than 10 minutes on a G35X that was literally thousands less than I was quoted by a certain dealer on the North Shore in Massachusetts. The GM Ron Poirier doesn't have that typical Dealership adversarial relationship with his Team. They clearly all love working for him and have a good time coming to work every day and have fun when they are there. If I had to describe the environment, it feels like a small Family run dealer that is more concerned with the relationship with the customer than making a deal with the customer. They are fair, the environment is immaculate and most importantly, you don't feel like you need a shower when you leave. The Automotive Industry, American Dealers in particular, could quickly change the sleazy reputation that exists in their industry if they copied the Infiniti of Nashua business Model. If you are considering buying an Infiniti or any other premium Pre-owned vehicle I would strongly encourage you to call Sean and experience what its like to be an appreciated Customer.

When I decided to buy a new car, I read numerous reviews in order to narrow the choices . I was particularly influenced by Consumer Reports. Since they rated Infiniti G35 and M35 as top picks in $35,000 - $45,000 and $45,000-$65,000 categories, I first looked at these two cars. In my area (greater Boston) there are four dealers. I stared with Infiniti of Nashua because it was easiest for me to get to. I fully expected to have to visit all four Infiniti dealers and possibly Lexus, Audi and BMW. After test drive, I was greatly impressed with the Infiniti M35x and made the model choice. I was also pleasantly impressed with the Infiniti of Nashua. I dealt with a very knowledgeable salesman John Derkrikorian. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to help me get the good deal on the car that I wanted. Straight talk and low key were the key attributes of my interaction with this salesman and his management. I never felt pressured by them. After I verified the numbers (dealer cost and incentives), there was no need to visit other dealers. I bought the car. John even mounted wheel locks on my new car in order to save me time and money. A week after my purchase, the dealership sent Claire Nicholson to my house to go over the car with me and answer all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated her help. I highly recommend this dealership: straight talk, good price and great service.

I found that this dealership was willing to work with me to make it possible to buy a new vehicle that I didn't at first think I could acquire. They were friendly, quick, and went out of their way to show me all of the features of my new car (FX35).

I recently bought an Infiniti M35X from Infiniti of Nashua. In fact, my son and I each bought one on the same day. Our salesman was John D. John took the time to educate us on the Infiniti models compared to its competitors. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. He made sure all our questions were answered. John showed true professionalism through out the entire sales transaction. I would highly recommend sending any collegues or friends interested in an Infiniti to see John at Infiniti of Nashua.

John D was my salesman and he was very personable and spent almost 4 hours with me on the first day test driving and showing me the features on an M35x. He really shows an interest in getting the best deal for you and takes the time to make sure nothing is missed. On delivery day he made sure the car was impeccable and ready to go with no problems. Looking for an infiniti? Ask for John D at Infiniti of Nashua!

I've purchased several cars through the years and this by far was the easist ever. I got the deal I wanted and didn't have to go back and forth to get it...Claire did a great job following up to ensure I knew how to use the computer in the G35. Great car, great experience... This is coming from a guy that owned a BMW!
