Character, Integrity & Respect

I’ve purchased over a dozen vehicles in my lifetime and have dealt with both decent dealerships and subpar dealerships, but never in my 28 years of car buying have I had the pleasure of working with a dealership like INFINITI of Nashua. The respect I was shown by every person at the dealership was beyond anything I have ever experienced. Seriously I was blown away. Sales manager Shane Dennis embodies both character and integrity. Sales Consultants Keith Brandano and Emerald Greenforest were suberb; listening to what I was looking for and helping me find the perfect car. Bill Dourvis the Finance Manager was the last stage of the transaction and he was such a pleasure to work with. If you are in the market for a vehicle - whether it be a new Infiniti or used vehicle - you must visit INFINITI of Nashua, you’ll be glad you did, I know I am. Thank you

Dennis and Infiniti of Nashua are amazing

Dennis in service has always helped me out better than any prior service technician or auto shop. Always goes the extra mile to make sure exactly what I want done gets done without pressuring me to do more.

Shane and Adam Won Me Over...Go See and Ask for Them!!!!

Came into look for a used BMW that unfortunately sold an hour beforehand. They tried to locate another one, but couldn't find it. Were apologetic, but it wasn't there fault. They both took the time to get to know me as a customer and what my interests in cars are. Shane then suggested if I have the time I should go out for a spin in the Q50 Red Sport and thought I might like it. Adam went for the test drive with me and was extremely knowledgable and passionate about his job and the brand. The car had a lot more personality, style, and getup and go then I expected. The no pressure sales attitude, time they took to get to know what I was looking for, coupled with the drive definitely changed my perception of the Infiniti Brand. They won over this guy originally from the MotorCity. I hope that our paths cross again and they sell me a car! Please go see them and ask for them

Excellent service

My sales associate was excellent. He was very responsive and returned all of my calls quickly. This was my 16 year old daughter’s first car purchase and he made it a great experience for her.

Atmosphere

Can't even explain in words the great experience that I had. Everyone from our sales person, Adam A, to the managers, Shane, Steve, and Diana were great people to deal with and made the purchasing process as smooth as can be. Very welcoming atmosphere that anyone can enjoy.

New QX60

Melissa Petrous was extremely persistent and her follow up with my purchase of two cars was impeccable. I’ve never dealt with a salesperson that wasn’t so responsive and helpful while being very patient with my extremely busy travel schedule. I reside in RI and passed a dozen dealerships to purchase our new vehicle in the state of New Hampshire due to the great service we received. Every car dealership should be so easy to deal with as this one was! My wife and I are very pleased with the dealership and our new QX60.

Painless Lease Buyout and New Q60 Lease

I went to the dealership to help my sister find a certified pre-owned car and it ended up with her finding her dream car and me having my Rav 4 lease bought out and driving away in a brand new Q60! The salesperson, Emerald, and the General Manager, Diana, were both amazing to work with and I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I will be shopping here again when it is time to turn in my lease.
