    This is the first time I have bought a car 100% over the internet and it was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. The internet sales... person I worked with Omega, was the best car sales person to work with. He knew exactly what he was doing and made me feel confident in him every step of the way. Omega was knowledgeable, great with follow up and knew when / how to press me when needed. Omega understood my constraints and budget and worked every angle he could to help us reach the common goal. I walked away from the deal 2 x due to my budgetary needs and Omega brought me back in with creative ways to help get the deal done. In the end he got the sale and I have to say that I actually enjoyed the car buying experience. I have always heard of Rusnak's high standards of service, professionalism and quality and I felt every bit of it through the process. In the end Omega and the team drove the car to me, over an hour and a half away, at 10:30pm and we finalized the deal in my living room. When the car arrived it wasn't just another use car, it was immaculate! You can tell that before Rusnak put their plates on it and sold the car they put a ton of energy / effort into making the car as perfect as possible. I've bought used cars with under 30,000 miles several times and whether it was a BMW, Lexus or Jeep I have always been disappointed that the car wasn't even very well cleaned inside or out. My Rusnak car was SPOTLESS. Seeing how well the car was cared for really made me feel comfortable about the deal and finalized a great experience. I'd recommend Rusnak 100% to anyone and feel comfortable that not only this dealership but all the Rusnak's provide the same high level of service. Very impressed and love my new car!

    Whenever I set an appointment, I always get Ian De Los Reyes. He is fantastic at working things out to allow for my crazy schedule. For example, the... last visit, I needed a loaner car, which is unusual for me because my office is so close. He worked it out for me to have one even though one had not been reserved at the time I set the service appointment. Things are generally fixed in the time frame promised. If not, Ian will frequently send me a text with an update.

    The department seems to be run very efficiently. Ian, in particular, is very knowledgeable in regards to Audi related issues. He was also very helpful... explaining the benefits of the service coverage.

    First time taking my A4 to this dealership for the air bag recall. Although Henry in service provided exemplary service, getting to this point was a MAJOR... hassle. I had called about 3 months prior requesting the air bag recall to be done. I was told that they had some coming towards the end of that month and I would be put on a waitlist for the recall. I totally forgot about the recall until I started to receive mailers from Audi reminding me about the recall. I finally called in and spoke with a customer service gal and asked how I was coming along on the list and that it had been almost 3 months and I was told that it would be 2 weeks max to get the parts. Well, come to find out Rusnak had my name and that I had called but no other information, vin, car type or anything else about me or the car. Something was amiss since I was told hastily that they had to look into in and would call me the next day. Towards the end of the following day I had not received a call I decide to call them myself. I got a very "take it or leave it" tone from the person I spoke with as if I had to started the process again. Because of the inconvenience I asked for an appointment 2 days away as that is my day off only to be told that they could not accommodate me and it would be another week and a half if I wanted a specific date. Again, let me explain that Henry in service did an amazing job and took care of us and explained everything really well on our other questions but boy the process to get here was horrible.
