Found the ram on line went to Lansing to check it out, I was at the dealership longer than I expected but we agreed on a price which I was happy with went back 2 days later to pick it up, it only had one key fob so they made arrangements with a dealership in my home town to get an additional key made for me so I wouldn’t have to make another 200 mile round trip which I thought was nice of them to do(key fobs are expensive) at no cost to me, I absolutely love this ram truck

As an out of state buyer, I was unable to "view" the car before purchasing. The dealership did a fantastic job of accurately showing pictures and describing the condition of the vehicle (which was flawless!). They made handling all the paperwork seamless and easy. Thank you Michael!

Drove out to this dealership after working out a price on a vehicle from Grand Rapids. Took over an hour in the rain. When I arrived they informed me that they had sold the car earlier that morning to another party. They never even bothered to contact me and let me know. I drove round trip to Lansing for no reason. Bad way to conduct business in my opinion. Total lack of respect for other people and their time.

We worked with Michael Badawi to purchase a 2018 Chevy Volt. We went back and forth on price a bit and finally settled on what seemed to be a fair price. He was very responsive to our messages and any questions we had. We picked up the car yesterday 4/22/19 and are very happy with it. Upon looking for the supplied OEM charger by GM last night to charge the car we found it to be missing. I contacted Michael and have been working with him to figure out a solution. So far he has been very helpful but we have yet to come to a solution. Time will tell and I will update my review accordingly. 5/3/19 Settled on purchasing a new charger and splitting the cost. Charger was sent to my house and arrived on time. All is good.
