Tommy is a very well educated and good salesman. He helped me get financed on my own for a car at 19. Very nice guy , was knowledgeable about the financing process and the car it’s self. If your looking to get into a new car and aren’t sure if you can tommy is the guy for you and will make it happen for you at the price you want.

I was in search of a car and sent a request for information on a car one evening, the very next morning Will contacted me on a vehicle I was interested in and also shared with me another car that he felt would also be of interest based on a few things I said I was looking for. Within a couple days I was in Lansing for a test drive for the vehicle he directed me to and was in love. Will is super easy to work with, super chill, but he makes sure you have all your facts and that you're comfortable. Honestly, I hate going to dealerships and feeling like I'm being talked down to, Will was on my level and made the experience fun and relaxed. When trying to square away my financing the next day he called the bank and got things rolling faster for me, what they said would be a few hours was suddenly 15 minutes after he contacted them. 10/10 would recommend working with this guy!! Also an amazing thing this dealership does is delivery. I live about an hour away from the dealership and was going to have to work out with a friend picking the vehicle up. Will informed that they have free delivery within a certain range, and the next day the car was delivered to my work. That was mind blowing to me and relieved what could have been a headache of trying to get my new car.

vehicle was presented as no damage as per Carfax when the dealer had knowledge and repaired damage from a collision. vehicle had been repaired with non automotive hardware and had damage from over torqueing wheels so badly that the lug-bolts needed to be replaced and the hubs tapped. Make sure you have any vehicle checked out by a third party-dealer shop don't trust what you are told by the salesmen they either dont know or dont tell the truth.

Tommy showed great respect and professionalism throughout the whole sales experience to my 19 year old son and myself. This was not the typical used car experience where they over promise and under deliver. I would definitely shop here again when back in the market.

Found a car I liked through marketplace and setup a test drive. Will contacted me first thing in the morning and got me in. He was very involved in every step throughout this process and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Bought a Grand Cherokee and the air ride suspension was supposed to have been replaced 2 1/2 months later it goes out and now it isn't warrantied and they want to charge me $700 and still not have a warranty. What a joke. If you decide to buy from them make sure any parts they put on are warrantied bucause there getting the parts from overseas for dirt cheep and act as there new good parts but reality is there junk parts so be cautious!!!!!!!
