I'm extremely disappointed that we were sold a certified new Acura RDX with less than 9,000 miles on it, only to bring it home and smell like smoke after 24 hours. They tried to mask the smell, but it didn't last. When my husband contacted JB, a few days later, he was told they could treat it or trade it for a lot less than he paid for it. This is horrible customer service and needs to be corrected! No treatment can undo the smell of smoke in a vehicle. If so, they would have done so before selling us an expensive, luxury car. I'm Extremely dissatisfied with our purchase and will be sharing our experience!
