We knew we would be purchasing a car and this time round, for my husband. I'm happy with my 2004 Lexus RX330 and have been for 315,558 miles. Maybe one day, I'll consider a new car purchase... My husband had test driven several other makes, but knew he wanted to also look at an Acura RDX and MDX. We arrived on a rainy Saturday, so fortunately, it wasn't too busy. Initially, we met Tucker, who was not a sales rep, but a product rep. He was so kind and informative. My husband test drove 2 RDXs and 1 MDX. He knew the RDX was his favorite because it was an SUV, but not as large as the MDX. We don't need 3 rows, plus the MDX is a larger vehicle. Tucker introduced us to Jeffrey Austin, who was our sales rep. We never felt any pressure from Jeffrey to purchase. My husband asked Jeffrey to run some numbers, which he did. We quickly came to an agreement on pricing and it was seamless. From our experience at Hendrick Acura, we knew exactly why they have a 4.9 Star rating. Our only question is, "why not 5.0?" But as they say, there's ALWAYS ONE..... Nevertheless, there is nothing that would have made our experience any more pleasant and enjoyable! Laura took excellent care of us in finance, as well. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. Since it was Saturday and they close at 5:00, Jeffrey offered to hold the car we wanted with a deposit. Due to my husband's work schedule, we knew Tuesday would be the earliest we could meet to finalize the purchase and sign all of the paperwork. Jeffrey assured us this would not be an issue. It has been over 10 years since we last purchased a car. Admittedly, I was dreading it. But, the staff at Hendrick Acura made our new car purchase an absolute pleasure. Sincerely, The Lomas'

Gerard, the financial guy, and the guy that detailed our

Gerard, the financial guy, and the guy that detailed our car were all amazing. Gerard answered all of my questions and never pushed me which made me want to work with him. He knew the type of vehicle I wanted and as soon as he saw one that checked all my boxes he sent it to me. After talking to other dealers in the area my first stop was to see Gerard because he had gained my trust online. I really liked that he never begged me to come in, never pushed me, he never gave up on me. Sure enough the first car he had sent me was the one we bought. I didn’t think it was the right car until I saw it in person but Gerard obviously knew it was what we needed. He let me drive and look at every car I wanted to on the lot. He was so easy to work with, so great. Once we realized the car we wanted hadn’t been detailed he got on it and got it done before we left for the day. It was nice riding home in a freshly detailed car. Gerard was honest, cared about us, our needs. He had no problem past hours. He waited as we finished all the financial stuff and ended up leaving several hours after closing. I would definitely recommend working with Gerard! He will take care of you and make sure you get everything you were promised!
