Good deal and drove home with an awesome car!

We love our BMW and Brian was wonderful. I could count how many times I left a car lot with a car and regretted it. This wouldn't be the case. I left feeling secure knowing we made a sound purchase.

Dissatisfied, probably former customer

Had appointment at 10:45, arrived at 10:15 ( coming from Rock Hill ). I was there 3 hours 45 minutes ( I'll take the blame for 30 minutes of the wait, arriving early). I was only there for oil change & diagnostic. Two hours in rep. came out and gave me news on the diagnostic. "You need plugs and coil packs " estimated cost $$$$$ 1997.24 $$$$$ I looked for a cop, not seeing one, I just declined. Thank GOD I can do this myself for under $250.00 ( top shelf parts). After being held captive most of the afternoon, I requested either the oil change or diagnostic be comped or at least discounted
