I traded a late-model Bronco for a 981 Cayman this last week. Greg was the salesman. I typically do not like to work with dealerships. I find the sales tactics and pushy attitude to be off-putting. This was not the case AT ALL with Hendrick Porsche. I found all the staff to be professional, courteous, and very relaxed. I didn’t feel pressured at all to enter into any service contracts, additional car treatments, or extended warranties. They treated me with respect and dignity even though I was purchasing one of their lower priced cars on the lot. I really hope to work with them in the future for another purchase. I had a very positive experience with this dealership. (And this has typically not been the case in the past for me.)

Eric D-J and Carly were wonderful when it came to the service I received while waiting on my car. Eric made sure the wait was entertaining and made sure I received the email with the $100 rebate. And Carly made sure to keep me informed about the progress, discussed my options and made sure the car was washed and clean after the service.

I had a great experience buying my Macan from Greg at Hendrick Porsche. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel smooth from start to finish. My purchase had a few unique circumstances that were completely outside of his control, but Greg handled everything calmly and always made sure I had clear answers along the way. He really went above and beyond by helping coordinate the shipping company to get the car from North Carolina to California, which I really appreciated. His communication and willingness to help made the entire experience much easier.
