I would like to take a moment to describe my experience with Keffer Ram and my salesman. I searched my local dealers in B'ham, Al for a Promaster and decided to look here and on a few other sites for my best deal. I found Keffer Ram with several vehicles that I liked. I called and was put in touch with Ritchie. He took my information and promised to call me back shortly with vehicle details. He was true to his word and very informed about each vehicle I had chosen. He advised me on what might be my best options and helped me decide between the three of them. He then placed me on a conference call with someone in finance and stayed with me on the phone for almost an hour as we researched interest rates and what he could do for me. They are an hour ahead of me so it was around 9:00 when they finished. He had found an interest rate almost as good as my credit union and promised to keep working the next day when the banks opened. That is a level of dedication that is both commendable and unheard of today. So here you are thinking, "yeah, typical good review....time to move on." but wait.. there is so much more to this story. The next morning I leave bright and early to fly to Charlotte. During my layover I get a text from Richie.."Hey, just wanted to let you know I found a small scuff on the front bumper, but I will take care of it." I arrive in Charlotte and they have just completed replacing the damaged portion of the bumper. After a test drive and paperwork he leaves to fill up the van. He returns with a frown and says, " I found another small issue with your van." Turns out there was a hardly noticeable ding at the top of one of the sides of the van that he mentioned noticing while putting gas in it. He goes inside and gets me in writing a promise to reimburse me for the dent removal once I get home. Ritchie not only exemplifies professionalism, but also sincerely cares about you as a person and actually has YOUR best interest as his priority. Charlotte was a six hour drive home in a downpour that left me exhausted, but I would not buy from anyone else....ever. I challenge anyone to find a better dealership and salesman!! Thanks Ritchie. Good car buying experience

Kim took good care of us and was very honest and approachable. Buying from any dealership takes a lot longer than it feels like it should, but we found everyone at Keffer Jeep to be positive and reasonably responsive.

2015 Jeep Overland

I did my shopping and negotiating online via email. I requested a quote from several area dealers. Some were willing to negotiate online and others weren't. Initially I was contacted by Shaun Shore and the next day by Joey Maus both are sales managers. Joey quoted a price that was a bit higher than the online price and then came down to the online price after I countered his initial offer and told me that this was the best deal in the southeast. Another Charlotte area dealer beat his price by $150 and offered $500 more for my trade in. Keffer though had the exact car that I wanted and the other dealer had it in a different color, so I called Keffer and gave them the other dealers offer which they matched. They actually delivered the car to my house later that day and I signed the papers in my house which was awesome! I absolutely love this car! It drives well and it has so many amenities. Overall, I would recommend Keffer and would likely deal with them again.

Great experience

I went to Keffer to look at a car I saw online and was greeted by Leigh Weiss. She was able to show me the car and give me all the information I needed. My intention wasn't to purchase on site as I had some details to take care of with my current car. She was able to quickly help me resolve those issues and to get me in the Jeep I wanted that day. She was helpful, knowledgeable and honest, making it a great experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone reading this review--she won't steer you wrong!

Jeep Patriot 2015

Came into the dealer ship to trade my 2012 Nissan Sentra. I honestly didn't know what to expect. As soon as i walked in Willie greeted us and help get the process started. I was undecided on which Jeep i was going to purchase and Willie was very helpful and most important patient. He made my experience such a pleasant one that I felt very good about my purchase. Overall great customer service !!!

Great service, great inventory

Excellent service. Great inventory. I went to a few other dealerships, but nobody compared. I was beyond impressed with their care for the customer.

Great Service

You guys make it very simple for your customers to get in and out. Great service. 5 stars ! Keep up the good work. Had vehicle back the next day. Providing rental and covering cost of vehicle is under warranty was very helpful.

I made an appointment to view and drive a vehicle. They made me feel valued and handled my request without hesitation. I had other cars to see after my drive and they were very considerate and they contacted me a week later but the vehicle was no longer available.
