I spent two months evaluating SUVs before finalizing the decision to go with the Grand Cherokee, Overland. I went to three different Jeep dealerships in ths shopping process. The friendliness and knowledge that Matt Nicoll displayed brought me back to Keefer. The process of ordering exactly what my wife and I were looking for was very smooth and once the vehicle arrive the final purchase of the vehicle went very well. I would definately recommend Keefer and most definately recommend Matt Nicoll.

By far the greatest experience I have ever had with a dealer in my life. During the time I spend here I will never use another dealership or sales associate than Matt Nicoll. I have been visiting a lot of car dealerships in search of another vehicle. A friend of mine suggested that I visit Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram since I haven’t been successful with the other dealerships. I’ve owned Fords and Chevrolets in the past, so I was interest in trying something different. When I arrived at the dealership, I was approached by a very energetic young salesman named Willie Hailey. He was very pleasant and eager to answer all of my questions. Mr. Hailey went above and beyond to assist me. He took special care to address all of my concerns and I feel a lot better now about choosing the correct vehicle that will be suitable for me. When I am ready to make my purchase, I will definitely seek the assistance of Mr. Hailey. His courteous nature and professionalism is the reason why I decided to write this review. He is truly an asset to Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and I would like to give him an “excellent” rating. I look forward to having Mr. Hailey assist me with my purchase in the near future!

The experience was better than at other dealerships I have dealt with. Willie Hailey was professional and friendly. The dealership advertised that they would guarnatee the best price, and they did. My wife is extremely happy with her new Grand Cherokee, and the deal she was able to make with Willie and the Keffer sales staff.

Initially, my wife and I were not interested in purchasing a vehicle. We were Just looking for near future purchasing purchases. When I initially walked into the dealership Willie greated my wife and I very respectfully, with no assumptions. That was definitely a plus to us. Being Judgemental towards buyers is one thing that has always turned me away from dealerships. From beginning to end, Willie was perfect. He could easily determine what type of interests I had. The minute I layed eyes on my charger, I knew it was mine. Willie just made every step of the way as smooth as he possibly could have done. It was a great experience. no frustration needed. I would recommend Willie and this dealership to anyone, I already have! and to have my sales person continue to check up on me and how much I love my SRT8, its a great feeling. I have purchased two cars from Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge and both times my sales person was Julius Tindell. He gave great customer service. I don't even think, no I don't have to think, I no that there is no cars sales person that will go over and beyond there duties to put a customer in a car that suits their budget like Julius Tindell. He is there for his customer and he treats all his customers like his family even after your purchase he will make sure that you are completely satisfied.

Making a decision is something that doesn't come to easy to me. Going to a car dealership seems so intimidating with all of the different options and pressure of salesman. Going here was one of my best decisions! Mike Maus greeted me as soon as i walked in the door and made the whole experience as easy as possible for me. No pressure was put on me to buy any sort of car, it was all about what i wanted and he truely made me feel like family as well as getting me an awesome deal on my new Jeep Patriot! I first went to Keffer Jeep to have my wifes 2006 Jeep serviced. While waiting, i decided to see what the 2012 Jeeps looked like. I was met by a very friendly young salesman named Mike Maus. He took the time to review the Jeep with me, and knowing full well that my wife still needed to see it, was still interested in discussing the pricing with me, and giving me the best deal possible. I was very impressed with not only this salesman, but the dealership as well. Needless to say, the next day my wife and i met with Mike, and purchased a new 2012 Jeep. I would also like to add, that two weeks later, i again looked for Mike and perhaps another 2012 Jeep will be added to our family in the near future. He and the Keffer team are just delightful to deal with !!!
