Absolutely worst dealership ever
From the moment I had bought my truck to now 10 months later I have had nothing but stress and heartache for this dealership. With ram box issues that now I'll have become whole truck issues, I would suggest we never buying a vehicle from this company or Dodge

The Ultimate Buying Experience

We went in knowing what kind of vehicle we wanted and Nate came to us and helped right away. Usually salesmen are pushy but Nate wasn't at all. He listened to what we wanted and helped, was very professional and overall a great guy. We will be back for our future car buying!

Great service and a great deal
I have bought 2 ProMaster trucks couple of years ago form Pierre and had a wonderful experience, couple of months ago a started shopping for a Ram 1500 for my self and found the best deal out of state, I decided to give Pierre a call and give him the opportunity to match the deal, WELL, not only did he match the deal, he actually beat it by another $200.00 and because the truck had to be brought in from another location I came in to sign the papers and the next day he PERSONALLY delivered the truck to my house... Talk about "personal service " so if you are in the market for a car from Keffer make sure to ASK FOR Pierre.

Loving my new RAM

Happy Customer
These days most people have researched the vehicles they are interested in online prior to seeing in person. The same was true for me. I decided to go see some late Sunday afternoon around 4pm with no intentions on making a purchase that day. I had 3 stops to make and Keffer Chrysler was my second. When we arrived, General Washington greeted us instantly, I told him what we were there to see and he took us right there. We took a look at both vehicles and explained we had one more stop to make. General respected the time crunch, told us he would be there until 6pm and he hoped to see us back shortly. Our final stop had 3 of the 6 vehicles we wanted to see, as expected we were promptly greeted upon arrival. We explained what we were there to do and after seeing only one of the cars, the salesperson attempted to show us 5 other cars that were not what we came to see. We ended up only seeing one more of the three cars and even though I liked one of those a little better than the one at Keffer Chrysler, the experience we had in ten minutes was enough for us to leave so we headed back to see General. We quickly went to test drive the two cars and made the decision that this was the right place for us to purchase a car. Having returned from the test drive at 6pm when they closed, we were more than willing to come back the next day to finalize the sale; however, General and others at Keffer were most accommodating in finalizing everything that evening, which meant staying an additional 2.5 hours past closing. I understand this is the business and it was the end of the month, but that was true at 4:30pm when we first made our stop and we never felt we were being rushed or pressured. I could go on and on about the experience. I am very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that was shown at Keffer Chrysler and highly recommend making the stop there to see General when you are in the market for a new/used car. Lastly, our first stop was at another Keffer dealership and we had the same positive experience there as we did at Keffer Chrysler, in this case the better car won. Thank you to General Washington and everyone at Keffer Chrysler. I look forward to working with you all again in the future.
