    I will give them 10 out of 10 of shopping for new, used, and service/repair. excellent facility with their friendly Staff, please just don't buy my saying, just visit them, particularly on Saturday's and you'll enjoy their special BBQ (barbecue} as well.

    It would be one thing to say the car is incredible but the service is on a whole different level. They will take care of you and make the purchase experience like no other. The waiting area couldn't be better. I went in there to get my sticker and they washed and vacuumed my car because it was a little dirty.

    I've NEVER been in a car dealership that I actually enjoyed the experience. My husband and I went to all different types of dealerships and told them we were just there to look and feel. We originally met with Darryl who was a wealth of knowledge regarding their products, and the Manager Chuck Hadad. We test drove a 2016 RX350. We then asked about the difference in price of the 2017. We totally fell in love with one, the outside and inside colors and the premium package. We left knowing a lot about a car we were unfamiliar with. We were never hounded. We called and gave Darryl a deposit just to hold till we could get back there. Make a long story short....We bought it! No fuss no muss. Every person we dealt with was unbelievable! When picking up the car we were with Joe D'Ambra who went over every inch of the car with us. Another test drive, hooked up my cell phone, had them put auto start on the fob, etc. You name it, he did it! David Camirand took care of all the finance end and explained everything you need to know for maintenance. An unbelievable experience and superb in every which way in product knowledge, customer satisfaction, and above all respect for the consumer. We felt leaving we made a lot of new friends!
