Since they are terrible, I wouldn't even give this dealership a one-star review. The only thing they did was lie about everything. We were there for 9 hours. You can't reach anyone when you phone. They misrepresented the warranty on my car, telling me that my 2024 model didn't have one and that I would need to purchase an extended warranty from them. They told me the warranty did not transfer with buyers and since I wasn't the first buyer I would have to buy a warranty. They claimed that a family member was unable to cosign on my behalf, and said I was denied because of this. Which my bank said was false, they also said I would have to have a cosigner when I did not. In addition to sincerely hoping to raise awareness of these deceivers and manipulators, I will never purchase a car from them again.
