Bryan was in constant contact with us during the whole process. Not pushy, but present. The other team members were also supportive and everything went smoothly. James was key in helping us close out and the process was stress free. Best experience I’ve had to date at a dealership. I will recommend this team to friends and family.

While I was received very well , I have strong feeling
While I was received very well , I have strong feeling that I was not treated well while delivering the car. Asst manager Roy who handled me went for other appointments and I have to reach multiple people to get help for me. Also the person who gave the bill at end didn’t explain me about the car fixes and outstanding problem. Pure bad customer service at end.

Had my car serviced on July 1, 2025. Mona was very helpful and courteous. I'm elderly and she patiently explained the what service had been done to my Toyota. Lovely gal. I give her a pat-on-the-back.

Jose was very thorough, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. We felt he went above and beyond for us and will continue to in the future, even after the sale. Scott Clark didn’t deliver on their promise.
Scott Clark didn’t deliver on their promise. I wanted heated seats they said we will order and install. So I bought the Lexus. Took it in and was given is rental. Said they would call me when ready after four hours I returned. No call received They gave me my car and a piece of paper which read unable to install!! I’m outraged! Not one person called or would even tell me. Just read it on a piece of paper!
