The service manager asked for phone number and I gave her my home phone number. What she wanted was my cell phone number but, she didn't ask for that number. This resulted in me sitting in the waiting room, which I told her I would be doing, for an extra hour to an hour and a half until another service manager relized no one was looking after me. Tell your service managers if they want a cell number ask for a cell number. not just a number. Service preformed was god.

Friendly and courteous employees. Seems to be an efficiently run organization. The work is done well but the wait time is still difficult. Seems to be too many customers for the mechanics to handle for the 6 months check up.

Steer clear of this place! They locked my oil cap to...
Steer clear of this place! They locked my oil cap to where I’m forced to go back to them. Told me for two years that I had to come to them. Went to the concord store and they said that I didn’t need to use them for service. Went on a wild goose chase to try to get an oil change and get the cap broken off. Which cost me $200! They should have informed me that there is a lock and allow me to decide if I want it locked or have my car serviced elsewhere. They will deceive you to get your business, hold back information and prey on women. Do not go here for any reason!!
