A very long experience!
I went there for an oil change and state inspection with a 930 appointment was on time but still talking three hours I find that to be too long an appointment should be maybe an hour or two tops.

Buying a car online...now entirely feasible!
Handled the actual negotiation of the final Highlander XLE via email, had to wait for delivery (due to southern hurricanes), but worth the wait...got exactly what we wanted. Went down for a test drive and despite having our ducks in-line with a Federal Credit Union, we were offered and accepted 1.9% financing direct with Toyota.

My 4th Toyota truck and 2nd 4RUNNER! The way Toyota trucks perform, their durability, and the way they hold their value, this purchase was a no brainer! I got the exact truck I wanted at the price I wanted to pay and got a great trade-in value on my 2014 Tacoma!

Awful Experience
EMAIL SENT ON AUGUST 14TH: My family and I are long time Toyota customers. My mother owns a Camry, I own an Avalon, my husband drives a Sequoia and my aunt drives a Camry. We believe in Toyota. I personally have been driving only Toyotas for as long as I have had my driver's license at 15 years old. Therefore, it truly saddens me to have to write this review due to the treatment my husband and I received recently at your Toyota dealership. In 2001, my husband and I came to the dealership to purchase a Toyota 4 Runner. There was a salesperson at the time who really tried to take advantage of us and was condescending to my husband while we were there. At that time, we purchased our car from another dealership where we were respected and honored as people. Recently, we decided to give Scott Clark Toyota another chance, which I know now was a huge mistake. I left the dealership offended and worried that other customers may receive the same treatment. My husband and I are not Caucasian, but while looking at various cars, the Caucasian sales person made several statements about how we should "hide our guns" and "hide our cash" in various locations in the cars that were shown. The comments continued even after we did not respond to them as we viewed different vehicles on the lot. Finally, after the comment was made the fourth or fifth car, I finally nicely told the sales person that neither of us own guns and that we do not live that type of lifestyle. We do not live the life that was implied while looking at the cars! Additionally, the sales person stated that we might not need a large car because our children were "probably grown." My child is not grown and is actually eight years old. The sales person also quoted us a price that was $14,000 over what is posted on their website for the exact same car. I ensured that it was the same car with the sales person earlier today. He stated that there was a significant discount on the car, which I do not believe. Honestly, I think the person was being very dishonest. Again, this is the same type of issue we had in 2001 when we visited the dealership to purchase the 4 Runner. In light of all that is happening in our country right now, this is not the type of treatment ANYONE should receive anywhere. I am truly disappointed in the entire experience. I pray that others do not get this type of treatment when they visit your dealership. I discussed the experience with several of my friends and they were disgusted that this situation happened to us. Today, I called the dealership to speak with a manager, but no one was available at the time.

Great Experience
Paul Moore and Travis Wilson made us feel good about our car buying experience. They were very patient, giving us the information we requested during our long decision period and a fair deal when we finally made our decision. They and Marcos are very professional in their interactions with us and were easy to work with. No pressure or gimmicks. Harold Cruz was very thorough in explaining our options and looking our for our best interest. Everyone at the dealership exceeded our expectations.
