I really appreciated the friendly greeting, kindness and time Mr. Clark Bush took to answer all my questions and kept going back to get a lower price on different cars with a smile and willingness. And Abby was awesome explaining how to use all the stuff in car. The loan department was also informative and very kind & took his time to explain everything . (Sorry cant remember his name) NEVER felt rushed in the whole process. They will have my repeat business and referrals.

Horrible Experience
Tried to purchase a top of the line Highlander, but was told that I had to purchase $2,000 worth of options with it. They said they couldn't order one with what I wanted, but they come from the Toyota manufacturer with the options already installed. This is a bold face lie. After I had enough of being lied to, and was walking out the door, I heard the one salesperson tell the other salesperson that I wasted their time. I have been purchasing vehicles for 25 years and have never been treated this horribly.

Avoid this dealership at all costs!
We purchased a car with a full and extended warranty and nearly every time we took it for service, they had no idea of our warranty status. Years of this later, a major component failed and we were told that our warranty had expired and the repair would cost $2000 dollars. We traded in the vehicle for another maker, and were told when we tried to get a refund on our GAP insurance that the repair was covered after all. Then a full month later, the service department called to offer us a "special deal" on the repair. They still didn't know about the warranty. When I told him we traded the car in more than a month ago, the technician laughed and said something akin to "Well okay then!" This was my first and last Toyota purchase. We spent way too much on the car, add-ons and extended warranty and it got us nothing. They go on and on at the time of purchase about how they pride themselves on their service but my experience was exactly the opposite.

The finance manager, Matt was patient and took all the necessary time to make sure everything was right before we left. Dont waste your time.
I?m a young professional, recently graduated, and I expected to experience a little stress as this was my first real car purchase. I would say the entire car buying experience was not enjoyable. In my observation, the salesman did not listen or care about what I wanted to do, and what I wanted to achieve. Walking in I was expecting to deal with a different breed of Salesman, given Toyota?s reputation; however that was not the case. You can expect to deal with the typical salesman who want to hurry and sale a car regardless of the customer?s need. I requested to see SUVs, and two door sedans with a monthly payment in the ballpark of $300.00. I understand two different vehicle selection however that?s what we were looking for. I left the dealership with a four door sedan and monthly payments nearly $400. In hindsight, the total ?experience? was something I wouldn?t recommend for someone else. The salesman I had may have been inexperience as he was not knowledgeable of the cars; although a great guy. The sales manager was my least favorite, as he made the experience the most stressful. The sales manager replied to each question with a story/or scenario as oppose to answering my questions directly. The sales/finance manager also displayed multiple behaviors that appeared to be consistent with predatory lending practices. What I hated most about the experience was the fact that I felt very isolated and out of the loop as the salesman would deliberate and talk all while I waited at a desk. Once I indicated what type of vehicle and price range I wanted, the salesman returned with four options hand written on a piece of paper. All of the options were not what he mentioned that he would find. I agreed to look at the best car out of the four option they presented. Each time I indicated that I didn?t want a particular vehicle or participate in a warranty program I would be greeted by another team member to convince me otherwise. After fighting with a group of salesman, I was exhausted and I gave in. Concluding to selecting a vehicle that I did not want, I did not feel excited about my car purchase as I was exhausting from negotiating with a group of salesman. As an adult I must take ownership of the decision that I have made. I regret that I allowed a group of salesman to convince me to buy such a large purchase of something I wasn?t satisfied with. Perfect example of the textbook experience from a dealership-Lesson Learned. In hindsight, I wish the experience would have been greater and I regret going to this dealership at all. I would suggest that if you?re young looking for something do not put yourself through the headache of dealing with this dealership. This dealership lacks transparency

Best experience ever.
I just purchase my 2016 Rav 4 from Scott Clark Toyota and what a wonderful experience. The staff is outstanding and extremely professional making this a perfect and enjoyable buying experience.
