1st Service Experience

brought my new Highlander in for add-on mouldings and cross bars; was totally blown away that it took only 30 minutes. Great work Brian Maher! 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Scott Clark in the past 3 years! Great dealership!

Great Service

I bought my Camry new from Scott Toyota. This is the second service I have had on my car. Shane Crow is the serviceman that has helped me. He has always been so helpful, courteous and friendly. First time service

Marshall Moore was great in getting us in the system and showing us around. Some of the services he recommended had been done recently, but others had not. Our biggest complaint was that the oil change took 2 and a half hours (we had an appointment and we were early), and we didn't even get the complimentary wash we were promised. We are new to the area so we will try others.

Great Service Experience

As always, my service experience for my Prius was excellent. Wesley Rasmussen was very professional from his greeting to walking me through any needed changes in a way I understood the why needed, time involved and any extra cost. Thanks Wesley.

Waste of time

We spoke to our sales associate by phone at 7:00 PM and made arrangements to check out the van first thing in the morning. He explained that he didn't arrive until 9:00 AM and since we were coming from an hour away with two small children I agreed to be there at 9:00. I received a call on my way and was told I needed to push my appointment time until 9:45 if I didn't arrive by 9, they asked questions like which way are you coming, where are you now, etc. needless to say we arrived at 9 exactly to be told that he was in a morning meeting and we needed to wait on him. 9:30 he comes to us and says he's going to look for the van. He comes back at 9:45, and can't find it! He tells us he thinks someone "stashed it" and has us looking at a black one instead while he continues searching the lot for the white van. Then at 10 he comes back to us and says he "thinks" the van we drove an hour to see was sold. Extremely poor customer service used car salesmen Unreal.

Great Service

I would have to say, this is the first time I have ever bought a car and could say I trusted the salesman. Justin Mishaud works in the internet sales department at Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews, NC. You can tell he really knows the cars hes selling, and along with the rest of staff; they try hard to get the price down to something more affordable. I would recommend Justin and Scott Clark Toyota to anybody.

The usual great service!

I have dealt with several service associates since purchasing my 2012 Camry Hybrid. In this instance, the 30K mile service and a recall notice, they were Crystal Jorgensen and Fred Caspary. Both were very helpful assisting me in scheduling within the (pretty tight) time frame my work schedule allowed despite the on-rushing Independence Day weekend. Fred, in particular, saved me time and bother later by pointing out that the required annual inspection could also be performed (it was). I have found all my interactions with the service department to be professional, efficient and pleasant. I recommend them highly!
