Truck Maintenance
I visited Scott Clark Service Dept recently. My Service Archie Newton was there waiting on me. I called earlier that morning to see if he would be available. Upon pulling up i was greeted with a smile and as always he asked "how I was doing" and "how was my day". That from the start means a lot, as I have been knowing Archie for many years and his friendly, courteous, and professional persona has always been on spot. He always goes the extra mile for his customers. When asked about a previous service he did not hesitate to check the computer to inform me if the service I asked about had been done. I trust and value his recommendations and opinions. Because he knows he better not steer me wrong. My vehicles are older but i still like bringing them to Scott Clark because i know I have a trusted Service Advisor and he will ensure that what i need done gets done correctly. My service this time was very prompt I did not have to wait long and Archie also made sure my truck was washed upon delivery to me. He also updated and explained to me the other concerns i had regarding maintenance.

Shirley Wood, the service rep. has been my rep. since I bought my 4 Runner. She has always had a professional attitude, yet friendly and attentive to what I need. Her reccommendations for other services that I might need are on target, and she is not "pushy" on her suggestions, which I like very much. She keeps me informed on the status of the work being performed, and it is always out on time. I highly reccomend Shirley and Scott Clark Toyota for service and give them five stars on customer service.

Best in Town
Julio Hidalgo was very kind and patient enough to work with me on finalizing the car. His customer service is great. Many thanks to Jim D'Alo who explained me how lease works with diagrams and Ben Garner who helped complete my paperwork in Finance. The showroom is large and have kids space too. The kids were given coloring chart and that kept them busy till we closed the deal. Overall this dealership is the best one I recommend.

Water pump replaced at 95,000 miles. Extended warranty good deal! Thanks Justin. Engine/radiator area could have been wiped down after repairs made.

Excellent Service visit
I am always satisfied with my service visits at Scott Clark Toyota. My service manager, Billy Carroll, is friendly and professional. He has my car in and out in good order. The waiting room is large and comfortable. The service area is whistle clean. I have had no trouble with service or repairs.

Awesome Service
Billy Carroll took very good care of me while having my Highlander serviced and kept me informed how much longer he thought it would be. He's a great service writer and very professional. I would also like to mention Scott Keith, he has always taken such great care of me and my husband in the past; since my husband passed he has met me with a dead battery and got me back to dealership to get me going again. I can't say enough about the wonderful service I've received from these two guya. I will remain a loyal customer.

Got it all- Car, Customer Exp, & Affordable Price!
Scott Clark Toyota is a dealership that my family and I have trusted for over 20 years. We have purchased eight cars (new and used) from Scott Clark Toyota. Most recently, Ella Sueoka and Jimmy Cline were able to assist me in the purchase of my first minivan. We have three children three and under (all in car seats) and I was not certain that I wanted a minivan or a Suburban. I was driving the Hybrid Highlander (purchased new at Scott Clark) and we were MAXED on space. I had specific requirements about what I was looking for in a used car and VERY specific budget requirements. I did my research and knew that I could get what I wanted at a price I could afford, but that it would take time. To be completely transparent, I was not confident that I was going to purchase from Scott Clark as they have become a HUGE dealership and I thought I was going to get lost in the shuffle. That was not the case and there was NO getting lost at Scott Clark. The customer service experience was AMAZING! Ella contacted me via phone and it was a great experience from the first conversation. As a mother of three young children, I only have time to talk when the children were sleeping, but could communicate via text throughout the day. Ella respected my preferred communication (text) and would send me options to review as they became available. I would review online and provide feedback. The other dealerships I was working with became pushy and did not understand that I wasn't going to make a rush decision. Ella was FABULOUS! She provided a vehicle to review that was at the top of my budget. She engaged Jimmy Cline, the General Manager, (who I had previously worked with years ago) and he provided a fabulous deal on our 2009 Camry trade (which we had also purchased new from Scott Clark) that would allow us to stay within our budget. Jimmy is a great guy and appreciates the value of the customer experience. He is one of the main reasons Scott Clark has had repeat business from our family. I would highly recommend working with Ella, Jimmy and others at Scott Clark Toyota. NOTE- Weeks after the purchase was complete, Ella followed up to make sure the two repairs that needed to be done were completed and that I was enjoying my minivan. That was AMAZING to me and I valued her follow up! The only con for Scott Clark was the check out / payment experience. We were paying cash and the finance person TOOK FOREVER! I wanted to write the check, sign the paperwork and drive off in my new minivan, but we waited for over TWO hours to get in front of the finance person. That is ridiculous!
