Five Star Ford

I was looking for a reasonably priced vehicle and found the Nissan on FiveStar website so I called and was connected with Alfred. He was very helpful before, during and after the sale. I highly recommend him and the dealership.

My wife and I just purchased our 2nd vehicle in a month from Bob Nemri at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. Bob is a gentleman and is customer focused, knowledgeable, and he listens to his customers. He does not pressure you and makes the whole buying experience fun. Bob takes his time to let you know your buying options and encourages test drives and questions. The process couldn't have been easier and that's why we returned and purchased another vehicle from him so quickly. I highly recommend anyone to work with Bob. He takes care of business!

I went in as a first time car buyer not really expecting to come out with a great deal or great customer service but they actually proved me wrong. From the time I walked from the parking lot to the offices everyone working there seemed genuinely polite and cheerful. I worked with Juan Hernandez to get my new car and he was awesome. Very nice and funny gentleman who knows his stuff. From someone who has never been through the car buying process he explained everything to me so there were no surprises at the end. I never once felt pressured to make a decision I did not want to and he was very patient with me (I am very indecisive). I ended up driving off the lot with the car I really wanted which was a 2017 Ford Escape SE and before that Juan took the time to explain all the features and actually showed me how to use it! Overall I honestly had a really great experience here and I will definitely look to them in the future with my car needs, their first impression to me was everything and for that they earned my business.

Josh Ingram was very professional and knowledgeable. I actually enjoyed buying my new Ford. No pressure it was great. I would recommend this dealership and Josh plus the staff to everyone.

This was by far the easiest and best car buying experience I have had. Jim was a great salesman; he did not make me feel pressured. It was straight forward here is the deal. When my current loan company responded with a better deal, instead of just blowing it off like they could have, I was called back out to re-do the paperwork at the better rate. Everyone I worked with was excellent, courteous, and knowledgeable. The financing was done before I even had to make the drive out there. Great experience, great dealership!
