I agreed to purchase a car on Friday evening over the internet and phone. Waited all day Saturday for the finance department to call and get the deposit and give wire instructions for the final payment. They never called talked to the salesman a few times that day as well arranging delivery or pickup. Finance never called. Salesman called me Monday morning and renegotiated the delivery charges again. I am still waiting on Finance to call me. I texted my salesman Monday afternoon and asked when Finance was going to call. Finally, at 6pm he called me a commenced to tell me that they had sold my car on Saturday, and that was the reason Finance never called. I was pretty upset that they sold a car that was supposedly sold to me on Friday! I hung up and then tested him and asked for his managers name. At 7pm the manager called and apologized but started making excuses for what had happened. He blamed the salesman because he was new and did not know how things worked there yet. I asked him if it was the manager's job to make sure his salesman does things correctly. I would not try to buy a car from them over the internet! They even made me get insurance on the car and send in my DL info. I asked for compensation for the insurance coverage I purchased and the time i wasted with them. He said he would have his General Sales Manager give me a call. Still waiting on that call as well!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

Immediate assistance as soon as me and my wife walked in. Alfred was the first to greet us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicles we were interested in. Oscar and Alfred stayed late to make sure me and my wife left with the vehicle we wanted. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
