Great new very modern facility just built. Great service. I came in just for oil change, but my Honda Accord was inspected beyond the task and things to be addressed were pointed. I was even taken to the shop as to be able to see it myself. Thanks to the advisor Jamie Kubacki for the great service. She took her time to explain everything that needed to be done in details and to hear my concerns. Jamie is a very professional advisor.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Sloane Honda Philadelphia. I arrived with prearranged financing with Capital One Auto Finance with good credit. I specifically asked them not to "shop my credit" and they assured me that they would not. The dealership submitted loan applications to 3 different lenders, resulting in 12 hard inquiries. The lenders who received my applications informed me that the loan amounts requested with thousands of dollars higher than the approval amount I previously obtained. The application that was submitted states that it would not be processed if it is incomplete. My application was incomplete, missing key information. The dealership took the position that I was aware that they would shop my credit which was a complete mischaracterization of the matter. Why would I ask them to apply for a loan when I had an approval? They submitted an application to a credit union that I was not affiliated with. There was no permissible purpose to shop my credit, since I had arranged my approval. The states AG, FTC and other regulators are looking into this, due to the serious violations and deceptive practices. My recommendation is to write up an addendum and have them sign off that they will not shop your credit, if you have prearranged financing.

I had the pleasure of working with Tim Graham with the purchase of my first leased vehicle. He greeted me immediately upon arrival and got down to business. The first visit I left without a car but Tim kept in contact unlike other dealerships I was considering buying from that I decided to come back for a second visit. One the second visit I was again going to leave without a car but 45 minutes before closing we were able to work out a deal. The third visit I am walking away with a 2026 vehicle which I never expected in a million years! It was a please to work with Tim and Michael on the purchase of my new car. I couldn’t be happier to work with this dealership. I would definitely recommend coming here if you don’t have the best credit or a lot of cash they will work with you.
