Just had my Honda CRV serviced for the first time. The advisor was very professional, the waiting area was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Just had my CRV serviced for the first time since purchase. The staff are corteous and professional. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE

Commonwealth Motor's slogan, "Shop Us Last---You?ll Love Us" is true. I shopped other Honda dealerships and found that Commonwealth had the best prices. When all the costs were tallied I found that I could buy an optional remote car starter and still beat the lowest price from the other dealerships that I visited. Steve Palermo, the sales representative, has a friendly attitude and a professional manner and I had a most pleasant and very informative car buying experience. He ensured that I understood everything about the process and was most informative about the car, explaining all the options and features, and showing me how to operate and locate what I wanted in the extensive technology features. Product knowledge is a requirement if you are selling something and Steve has his finger on Honda?s pulse. Karen Pelletier, Commonwealth?s Bussiness Manager, was most helpful and knowledgeable. She went over all of the options thoroughly and in a friendly and professional manner and gave me all my options. Malcolm Price, Commonwealth?s Sales Manager, was also very helpful and informative in helping me to choose options for my Accord. This whole process took only an hour with no delays or hassle. I am very happy and satisfied with my decision at Commonwealth Honda and fortunate to have found such great people to have helped me have a stress free experience. Thank you so much Steve Palermo and the Commonwealth Honda team.

Gary at Commonweatlh Motors

Gary was so helpful to not only me, but my helpful and very friendly to my family. He has an extensive amount of industry knowledge and did a fantastic job understanding what my needs were in a new car purchase. I would highly recommend asking for Gary Kotyla, he is a great salesmen.

Great Honda Dealer

I took my Honda CR-V for state inspection to Commonwealth Honda of Lawrence, MA. The did the inspection on time and much earlier than getting done at the gas stations. I used to do from near by gas stations but there would no proper queue on who came first or not and not a good waiting place to spend an hour or more. Since I take my car to this dealer for all services and so took for state inspection too. They did the job in less time than mentioned while I was waiting in the customer waiting area during the cold weather. The cost of state inspection is same no matter where you do and you also get reminder notice by email every year from the dealer, so you will not miss your inspection every year. I highly recommend this dealer

Service is Great

If you are ever able to enjoy bringing your vehicle in for service, I thoroughly enjoy bringing my vehicle to Commonwealth Motors. Their prices are great. There is never any sales pressure to have work performed that can wait. They are very good about helping your set priorities for work that should be performed. I have worked with Susan and Charlie over the past few years; they have always been professional and were great when it came time to put my former Honda Odyssey out to pasture. If you can't wait for work to be performed, Commonwealth provides a shuttle;one of their driver's is a New York Giant's fan but he is pleasant enough. If you need a car, Enterprise rentals is on site. If you have time and are looking for a place for a cheap date, you can wait in their comfortable waiting room, grab a cup of coffee and a couple of cookies and watch the movie. The selection is pretty good!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever

Friendly service, exceptional knowledge of the product, superior customer service. Song was GREAT! He took the time to help set up my phone and MP3 player! My best car buying experience ever (and I hate buying cars).

knowledgeable, friendly service

Peter was very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly listened to what my husband and I said and made appropriate recommendations for cars to look at.

Commonwealth Honda

I just serviced my 2012 Honda Accord. I received excellent service and Martin treated me like a valued customer. My wife has a Honda that she bought at another dealership. We will be coming to Commonwealth for her service. My next car will be bought at Commonwealth Honda. The salesman, Song, remembered who I was and took the time to talk to me about my car. A+ to the whole service team not only do they provide top-notch service but at great prices. Martin was very helpful as it was my first time for service there. He showed me the ropes and told me how long the service would take. He was right on with the time too. I would highly recommend Martin and servicing you Honda here.

Excelent Service

The sales experience at Commonwealth with Doug Call was excelent. They were spot on with what we were looking for and gave us a good deal. The sales at Commonwealth is excelent. Doug had planned a day off but changed his plans just to deliver us car so that we can save some money on our rental. Thanks Doug for wonderful service.
