Been using Scott Clark Nissan for routine service on my Frontier for over 2 years now. Always a great experience. Their service people are prompt, professional & most importantly the work is done right.

The worst automotive experience of my life. I have bought a lot of cars and this by far has been the worst experience. First, my red flag should have the price. The price online is not the price when you get there. The price online says 20755. But then they point out the tiny fine print at the bottom of the page that says all these discounts off are included to bring it to 20755. Only qualified for 1 of the discounts bringing the price to $22,000+. That should have been my red flag and left but, no we stayed. Then, the manager said that this car would qualify as certified preowned so that we could get the rest of the certified warranty. Nope. Got to finance and those costs extra. An extra $3600 for an extended warranty. Which I thought was the plus side of the certified used, but we took it, so we had a warranty. Papers were signed, sales girl put the transferred tag from totaled car to new car. Go to get in our new overpriced used car, there are no mats, only key fob, smells like smoke, no tire caps on any of the 4 tires where the air goes, no car books in dash, and the fluids were all low because the car has not even been serviced. We leave the car for them to take care of it, service, smoke bomb it, etc. Go back to pick up car, they are allegedly getting me a key fob, had to pay $107 for books. Get on interstate to come home, car starts violently shaking. Go back to dealership because the rotors and brakes are bad. Wait 2 hours for that to get done, take home. Still just waiting on books I paid for and key fob that will have to programmed to car, another trip back to Charlotte. Final icing on the cake. Transferred the tag from totaled Altima to the newly bought Altima. Get a phone call a week and half after purchase that my new tag has arrived. Finance screwed up and requested new tag. We’ve driving with an illegal tag of car that we no longer own, totaled. Now its going to cost us extra property taxes that we would not have had to pay until next March. Also, may get a fine from DMV because the insurance was cancelled on totaled car and tag not turned. All because Scott Clark Nissan did not do their job properly. Save yourself the headache and do not buy from Scott Clark Nissan. I am shopping for another car for our family, but it will never be from such an incompetent dealership ever again. Lifetime warranty is not worth all the headaches. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
