BreAnna Griffin is a car shopper's dream come true! I can't say enough about this sweet, wonderful, and super helpful young lady! She made car shopping fun and made sure I knew exactly what I was purchasing and how everything on the car worked before I drove it off the lot. I was informed of everything from where to bring my car for service to properly setting up my Bluetooth and how to operate it. Breanna was a truly special salesperson! We originally came to meet her on a used car that turned out to be less than what we wanted and walked away, but a few weeks later when we found the car we truly wanted she jumped in and made sure that a very negative experience (not of her doing) turned into an amazing one for the whole family! We went to a few VW dealerships looking for a new Golf R or GTI! Some had limited stock, arrogant staff or were overpriced. The team here was excellent led by our Greek compatriot "Spiro" who was very thorough, sincere, and knowledgeable, and most of ALL gave us a great deal! We traded in from a Kia Forte 5, and the car and dealership were way above the prior experience with Kia. We loved the cars, the whole experience, the Finance manager was very enthusiastic, and easy to execute the docs with. Everything they said they would do ...was executed with precision. Needed a wagon for the cargo room. Talk to Peder via email first, then at the dealership. Peder and the staff were excellent! it was truly a no hassle experience.

They're the dealers more focused on meeting your needs rather than profit. After all I feel buying experience is more important in the process of buying a car and I'm definitely delighted to be at this place for buying my car. I've been looking for a dependable used car for weeks, and fretted about visiting car dealerships. Found the vehicle I liked online, so off I went to the dealership for the "interaction". I was met by Kent, and was immediately impressed with his approach. There was no sales pressure, answered my questions when I had them, added input when I was looking. I explained that I was looking at another car at another dealership, but he was unfazed. Upon returning from the test drive, I advised that I was on my way to visit another dealership and to my surprise, there was NO pressure to buy now. He understood and asked if I needed anything. I called later that day and worked through the deal via text and phone calls (my preference). Extremely easy to deal with and had the "deal" complete before returning to the dealership. I had test drove the car on Sunday and finalized the purchase on Tuesday. At this dealership I didn't experience all the things that I hate when visiting the other dealerships (pressure, bait and switch, working back in forth with the manager, games..). Kent made the process super easy and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.
