The service I was provided at this dealership was

The service I was provided at this dealership was horrendous. I dealt with a lot of mix messages from each of their employees. They were not trying to work with me. Even when I had been clear that I will be providing a wire transfer since day 1 of talking with them, they were still confused and angry at me that I didn't have a check or debit card to transfer the 40k in my account. Any questions or even a small comment seemed like I was creating more burden for them. They do not know how to treat customers. If you look at the better business bureau, they have a D- which is more indicative of their service than this 4 star rating.

Terrible dealership, worst ever

Diane, Please do not try scamming the government using you mothers status to receive a rebate, for people who need them just to turn around and sale the vehicle for a profit. I'm sure they would love to hear about this.

Yes I do recommend buying at this location📍 Chris Kelly helped me trade in and got my Volkswagen Tiguan i was so happy 😊 the processed was quick 2 hours that's it. I came home with my tiguan my kids loves it though.

2 hours with an appointment for a lil change.

2 hours with an appointment for a lil change. First time at this Volkswagen and last the people working in service e where the rudest people I have ever come across at a Volkswagen. I wouldn’t even be here if I didn’t need my oil changed next time I’m goin elsewhere stay away from here period! I wouldn’t even buy a car here is service is rude then their sales time is probably no better bunch of unprofessional rude people.

We called the dealership in response to a very detailed...

We called the dealership in response to a very detailed and thorough advertised weekend special on a Tiguan. We called to confirm the vehicle was in stock, the salesmen confirmed the vehicle was in stock and actually sent us pictures of two vehicles that he said were part of the weekend advertisement. After traveling all the way to the dealership, the two vehicles were outside lined up. We had a great conversation, test drove the vehicle and proceeded to purchase. After over an hour and half at the dealership and after the credit check process (over 750) they came back and said sorry that vehicles is no longer available and proceeded to try to sell us a much more expensive lease. These guys are deliberate and dishonest crooks... Don't waste your time. Look for a dealership which has a culture of integrity and honesty. VW should be ashamed to have these bullies represent their brand.

I purchased a diesel VW beetle from Thomas when he was...

I purchased a diesel VW beetle from Thomas when he was at the Orange VW location. He was excellent to work with. Honest and very clear in his communications and actions. He worked with me on the recall process and the purchase of my next VW - a Golf Sportwagen. The recall process was a little scary for all of us since it had never been done before. But Thomas guided me through the process and made it as painless as possible. I lost track of him after the Orange dealership closed. But now that I see he is at the Garden Grove location, that will be my new dealership of choice.

Fred Ward is the most disrespectful arrogant person I have ever interacted with in my life. Stay far away from this dealership unless you want to be yelled at and intimidated. Read the other reviews.

Quick and straight forward

Second car from GG VW, worked with Chris Kelly who was very responsive and understanding of our needs. Love the buying process at GG VW , makes buying a quick process where most can be done remotely. Love the Jetta GLI. VW has a customer for life now

Doesn't even deserve one star!I arrived at 2:05 for 2:20...

Doesn't even deserve one star! I arrived at 2:05 for 2:20 service appointment. At 2:10, one of two guys sitting at front desk asked my name and checked computer, and said "that guy will help you. wait for him in waiting room". By 2:40, no one bothered to take care. Who is running this xxxxxx business? I'm gonna send formal complaint letter to VW of America headquarter.
