Bryan Honda scams for commission
Bryan Honda sold me a vehicle that caught fire on the road a week after purchasing it , lied about the car history and Changed contract prices behind my back the car had to be towed away and repoed even though I had full warranty insurance Bryan Honda would not repair it instead they let it sit in services for 3 weeks I told them I no longer wanted the vehicle and they blatantly told me that’s not their problem Bryan Honda of Fayetteville is full of workers fixed on selling garbage vehicles and any cost to gain commission!

I took my 2016 White Honda Civic to Bryan Honda to show them paint chipping off at right back window. They said they would paint the car for nothing because they know that white paint has be giving trouble. About tens months later the left side back window started chipping off. They would not paint this time of nothing. The cost was going be over $1100. If they knew there was a problem why paint it the first time but not the second time. When I took my car the second time why did it take from Sept 2021 to Jan 2022 before they told me they was not going to paint it. I took my car to Powers Automotive and Body in Sanford, NC to be painted. Powers did a great job for only $250. In my research I learn 2016 Honda Civic blue also have problem with paint chipping around the back window.

Very unsatisfied customer that will not return.
One thing I can say about this place is that the service manager is very understanding and helpful when trying to handle a matter. With that being said, he can only go off of what he is being told about the problems of a customer. My service agent Brandi EVILizer was not a good service rep! When a customer is trying to explain what they have a problem with you DO NOT over talk them. Nor do you assume that everyone wants something for free. What you do is first, listen to the customers concerns then you fully explain to the customer what they should expect to be done to the vehicle and what they will pay for the services rendered. You should not surprise them with over charges because you recommended what should also be done to the vehicle. Another thing I don't understand about thyis dealerdhip is why thyey don't let Carfax know what services they performed on someone's vehicle. Maybe they know that the work they do is unsatisfactory and don't want to be held responsible once you leave. My TWO stars are for the service manager and the young man that restored my headlights.

Failure to honor offer by Honda
Received letter from Honda promising a Turkey or Ham if I turned the letter into the dealer. I turned the letter in. They would not give me a Turkey. Instead they gave me a redeemable certificate good for no more than $10.00. I was required to purchase the Turkey and send in the certificate and receipt and I would get up to $10.00 Problem is I could not locate any Turkeys for $10.00 or less unless I made an additional purchase of ($25.00 or $35.00) in my case. Re-approached the Sales Manager NO TURKEY. Approached the General Manager. His final remarks were words to the effect use the certificate or not use the certificate I don't care which, I have more important things to do and he walked off. bad service
To : nelson, My car is Honda Accord 2007. I regularly checked my car everything. I spent a lot of money for my car. However, they told a lie. My car's engine light came. I spent 1,700 dollars to fix my car. They warranted one year. They said 3,000 miles long distance driving will be no problem at all. I asked if i fix this problem, everything will be ok? They said ok. Even I asked I am going to drive long distance like 3,000 miles next month, will it be ok? They said surely ok. But I did not drive long distance. if I drove 3,000 miles, big problem might be happen. From that time, I just have driven 100 miles because it is my second car. Even I drove 100 miles during 2 month, my car had problem again. Same engine light comes. But they say it is different problem. How can they say that? At that time, I asked to fix everything and asked fixing it if you have anything I need to change and fix. They said everything will be fine. I asked if I spent 1,700 dollars this time, my car will be all right? They said all right. But I think they did not fix well. I went again few times to fix my car because same problems were happening. Event Though I fixed my car still this car has problem. I can not trust them. I just expected at least 3,000 miles drving safely and one year guarantee as they said after I fixing it. Now, I want them fix my car freely until this same problem will be solved. I surely understand they did not find my car's original problem yet. Sooner or later, same engine light will coma again. Regretfully, I can not trust them because they always said different problems happens. Why could they not fix this same problem at that time? And why they are now saying oxygen problem happening? They should have found this problem early. Even though they fix this oxygen problem, they would say another thing to fix next week with same engine light problem. Maybe one month later they will find and talk another thing. They will find every problem every month. It is serious problem. My car values 4,500 to 5,500. At that time, I wonder if I fix my car or not. However, I decided to fix my car spending 1,700 dollars because they said it is better idea to fix this car. Now they say I have to spend 400 dollars more to fix my car again. I cannot understand it. Please give me an email. Why could you not find oxygen problem at that time I mean one or two month ago? I think oxygen problem made a problem last time, too. Did you check Oxygen problem last time, I mean about two month ago? Do you mean no problem with Oxygen when you fixed it about two month ago, but now it has a problem? If so, you should have talked to me. This car is very old so you are better not fix it, Replace a new car. It is waste money to spend much money at this car. Your people like Darren shouldn't talk to me like this,"I bet you can drive this car long distance 3,000 miles right away without any problem if I fix it. Worst vehicle service experience!
ATTENTION RANDALL WOOD: Today is the second time I get piss poor service at the service department. Not only was I ignored for over 45 minutes on both occusations but the floor supervisor and his subordinates have a really bad attitude. Horrible experience, do NOT get your vehicles serviced at this location, bad services, no customer care, unprofessional, unsympathetic, and unavailable management to correct this ongoing situation...SMH Cesar H (Unsatisfied Customer)

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership
I requested pictures for two vehicles and was eventually sent an email from Mone Dupree who was very persistent about having my cell phone number, but finally after the third email she said she would email me pictures of two vehicles. After a week of no pictures, i responded and she said she would get them immediately (on saturday). I received an email from Mark Holman (sales) who also requested my cell phone number. I refused and he finally sent me 4 pictures of the outside of 1 vehicle - no internal pictures and no pictures of the other vehicle. I responded too him and stated their weren't any other pictures and the second vehicle was left out. He responded stating that he sent them and in the same email proceeded to try to sell me more expensive vehicles. That was on 1/16 and I still haven't received the other email with the inside pictures of the 1 car and the entire set of pictures for the second vehicle. Between the long turnaround time for initial pictures, having to be sent to a separate sales person to even get the pictures and still only getting 1/4 of the requested information..... This company seems to not be concerned with how the sales team is performing. One other interesting piece of information I have noticed on this site and other sites reviewing Bryan Honda..... Bryan Honda representatives only respond to the reviews when they are positive reviews. It doesn't seem as though they care about the problems that are happening every day.
