One thing I can say about this place is that the service manager is very understanding and helpful when trying to handle a matter. With that being said,... he can only go off of what he is being told about the problems of a customer. My service agent Brandi EVILizer was not a good service rep! When a customer is trying to explain what they have a problem with you DO NOT over talk them. Nor do you assume that everyone wants something for free. What you do is first, listen to the customers concerns then you fully explain to the customer what they should expect to be done to the vehicle and what they will pay for the services rendered. You should not surprise them with over charges because you recommended what should also be done to the vehicle. Another thing I don't understand about thyis dealerdhip is why thyey don't let Carfax know what services they performed on someone's vehicle. Maybe they know that the work they do is unsatisfactory and don't want to be held responsible once you leave. My TWO stars are for the service manager and the young man that restored my headlights.
