Our sales experience was A++++, no pressure tactics, full transparency. Our sales agent, Kevin Keener was extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. I visited MB of Princeton despite having another MB dealership closer to my home ( where I did nOT have a good experience)- best move I made!!! IF you want a MB- go to MB of Princeton!!! and ask for Kevin Keener Adam G. also gave us a great overview of the car and all its spectacular features- he was fantastic and a great ambassador for the MB brand.

Dale Cook has been our Sales Representative over the last 15 years. We have purchased new vehicles at Mercedes Benz of Princeton not only because of the quality and value of Mercedes Benz vehicles over other brands but our close relationship with Dale. He knows precisely what we want in a vehicle (safety, latest technology, quality and performance) but goes out of his way to customize a vehicle that is specially made for us. This year, we did not have the time for Mercedes Benz to build a customized vehicle. Instead we requested Dale to find the vehicle that matched most of our requirements. He searched numerous dealerships including those in Massachusetts, Pennsyvania and New Jersey. In a matter of 5 days, he was able to locate a vehicle at another dealership in New Jersey. We closed the delivery last Saturday, 1/27/2018. He followed up days laters to make sure everything was going smoothly with the vehicle.
