We bought many, many cars over the years including 2 cars from this dealership in the past. But this week we had the worst experience ever. The games this dealership played was just awful. I suggest you try one of their competitors. We did and was very successful at their competitor. Skip this dealership.

terrible. I drove 3.2 hours to close the deal on a new Sierra that we had agreed to over the phone. The deal was in writing and signed by both parties and I paid a $500 deposit. I drove 3.5 hours to the GMC dealer 2 days later and when we began doing the final paperwork the salesman notified me that the deal and pricing had changed significantly. Instead of MSRP minus $5000, $3500 rebate and 2.9% financing over 6 years it was now MSRP MINUS $5000, 4.9% financing over 5 years and zero rebate. I was so angry I should have just driven back home but I probably would have lost the $500 deposit and $1700 worth of after market accessories I had installed and paid for. It's unbelievable that GMC allows their salesman to do business this way. I think it's called "bait and switch" in the Snake Oil Salesmans Fraternity

Thanks for responding. I think I gave the wrong name for the salesman. His name was Bryce and he seems like a nice kid but he screwed up royally on this. I don't want to see Bryce lose his job. Between the higher interest rate and no rebate (which both were promised in writing) the deal ended up costing me around $8000 more than I expected. I think I got one free service at your Service Dept. but I have nothing in writing that proves that and to drive 400 miles round trip for service probably won't happen. Could you consider arranging 2 free services at the local GMC dealer here in Show Low?

I had a great experience when buying my vehicle. First time I took it to get serviced was pretty good. Last two times were not so good. Sent my wife to drop and pickup vehicle. She wasn't offered a ride home ( don't understand why) when she came back she had to wait almost 30 minutes for a porter ( or someone) to actually bring the vehicle back around to her. Hopefully next time will be better
