We bought a car here about 3 weeks ago and we decided i was gonna get another vehicle today 6-21-25 and Jimmy was gonna help me but i guess he went in a little later and he said josh lapadura was gonna be the one helping me out instead and so i got there at 8:35 and one of the guys went and called josh and that he was gonna be right out, i waited 20, 20, 30 minutes and nobody came and i felt IGNORED by this guy josh so i finally left, so josh deserves all zeros 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽, sarah has been emailing me and bugging me all week long to come to the store and i let her know that i waited and left because josh never came out and all she said was this, You got it! Take care and reach out whenever you're ready! like she did not care either that i was ignored, very disappointed with the service AGAIN from this place, they text and email when you want to buy, but once you're there, nobody cares anymore!!!

I did enjoy working with Tamer. He tried hard, even on his day off, to put a deal together just to have it fall apart. The issue with this dealership is what they initially promise on numbers comes in about 25-40% higher. Example if your monthly payment is $1,100 it will more realistically come in at $1,400 a month. Just be prepared for the shock. Also, if Desiree, sales manager, is working on your deal just get up and walk away. Waste of time at that point.

Outstanding service. Worked with Erik for my first oil change in Service. He was super fast, got to the point, gave me accurate time frame for completion and communicated with updates while I was waiting. Also, Robert with customer service was awesome and even offered and bought me a star bucks coffee while I was waiting. Probably best dealership in country.

I also don't want to haggle back and forth, over and over, to "help the salesman out" or to "see how close I can get" to their over-inflated dollar amount. Salesman Felipe Herrera at Liberty GMC respected my time and was very knowledgeable, keeping the whole purchase process painless. Hobby Nelson in finance made the paperwork process a breeze. I fully expect myself, and my family, to be future customers.
