I had my 2014 Prius serviced on Tuesday. I made my appointment online for the same day. I took my car, was in there 5 minutes while Sean looked it up and... told me what I needed and what it would cost (in addition to the oil change and general checkup I came in for). He called me an hour and a half later, and I went back and picked up my car. Took about 10 minutes. Everybody wore masks; there is space to wait if you want to, but I live around the corner.
Surveys with predetermined answers are of no value much more informative if respondent uses own experience rather than "canned" reply. If the service is... satisfactory then it should be able to stand on its own

Really not sure how this place has 'good' reviews. At Herb Chambers in Boston I was discriminated and treated unfairly as a minority - young woman. Don't... waste your time or money going to this terrible Toyota dealership. I have been to dealerships across the entire country (at least 7 states) for servicing my Toyota Corolla and this by far is the Most expensive and Worst service - exactly those two things. I will not recommend this place as they will rip you off and charge you 20X the amount for parts/ labor. I don't like to leave negative reviews for businesses however I really felt that they try to take it vantage of me when all I needed was brakes rotors and brake pads. Even after a full day of service in the shop no one called me to tell me the vehicle was ready for pick up. You would think being such a wonderful brand and company that this branch would would have better service. The deal was to get ALL brake pads/rotors for $550 and yet I paid $763 for only TWO rear brake pads / rotors and a rear caliper for a cheap Toyota Corolla, criminal charges and actions. WOW silly me for going to what I *thought* was a reputable company/dealership.

I had a not so great experience during my visit yesterday. Maybe salesman was nice at the beginning. He showed me the car I want to test drive. He really... explain any features that may convince me to purchase it. Only a few highlights. Felt a lot of pressure when it came down to the numbers and I bailed. I bought from another place.
