I rarely write reviews but had a great experience, You won't get better prices in Massachusetts. I ran a spreadsheet calculating out the door prices (for four months) and hands-down this dealership has the most competitive prices in MA. The buying experience was spot on, and beyond the normal upsells the staff were fair, courteous and professional. I worked with Alex from sales and Matt in finance, and both went above and beyond in helping me navigate a heavy work schedule with delivery of the vehicle. I purchased a Toyota 4runner and I'm super-happy. Great dealership and I'll be back to purchase a 21 Tundra.

I purchased my Tacoma in 2018 and had the 10,000 mile oil change and maintenance. From the service writer to pick up was not a good experience. I hesitated bringing my Tacoma back for the 20,000 mile check up. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! From my initial phone call to pick up the experience was outstanding. Chan is a great asset to your company, he communicated with me thru the whole process and I could not be happier. What ever happened between my first experience to now is unbelievable. Chan was great does a great job at communicating with me. I also had my truck detailed and it looked like new Inside and out. I’ve used this dealership for 3 years now for all service and it’s been spot on each time. Chan is normally the one I work with in the service dept.
