Very Easy setting up appointment and once at dealership the service Dat was extremely friendly and very customer service oriented. The turnover time of 1 hour for my service was very reasonable I was.

The best thing about my experience with this dealership was the interaction I had with the young salesman,Brandon Mills.He was knowledgable,courteous,and very helpfull to me .He is a keeper.Wished all the people at this dealership had his type of demeaner he possesses.I would do business with him irregardless of where he worked.

Very friendly and understanding of the issue that I had nothing out of my pocket. I didn't have appt and got service and treated with understanding. I was a little scared about my car going to side. And I had a nail in it. It got fix quickly got my car up to date in maintenance Toyota free maintenance I have bzx4 2023 which I love 😍 and would recommend Toyota to anyone else that like electric car. My guy that took care of me was very happy to hear me and sit with me no matter what or who was there. The secretary in the customer service very helpful to me and my baby girl Lulu and hubby. She help Lulu to make hot chocolate took her time to show her and to tell her the water was hot
