Our experience was exceptional. Vito made us very comfortable in what could be a stressful situation. Direct and to the point. No old school crap. Treated me and my family very well. Hustled, moving with a purpose to get everything done to fit our timeline. No pressure or gimmicks. The way it should be done. I walked in without knowing a single person and left very pleased. Was in for an engine replacement covered under warrantee....

Was in for an engine replacement covered under warrantee. Mr. Kielbasa was a superb customer service representative. He secured a rental car for me, kept me apprised of the service progress and helped me deal with some very frustrating technical setbacks, which were out of his control, with grace and a smile. I was always confident Mr. Kielbasa was working to make my experience as pleasant and convenient as possible.. The "OK" rating for quality of work was due to the fact that car was returned to me twice with technical issues I feel the technician should have caught i.e. engine light still flashing even though engine had just been replaced, and car making loud irregular noise which required more service work. Despite this, I would return to this dealer based on my excellent experience with Mr. Kielbasa and the eventual resolution of my issues.

Professional - Thanks Mike N

Professional is the best way to describe my experience. Mike N. met me (my wife and 3 small children) shortly after we arrived on the dealership property. He knew his inventory, was willing to field many many one off questions over several days, was GREAT with my impatient children and did what he could to make sure I received the best value for my $. Met with Joe D on the finance side and again, was met with a professional who took pride in his work and was eager to see his clients satisfied. These guys were great.

Outstanding Buying Experience

I purchased a car from another Herb Chambers dealership three years ago and had decided to look at a Dodge Durango, so went to Herb Chambers CJDR of Danvers. I had no previous contact with anyone there. As I walked in the door, Mike Neligon was walking by the main door, and he greeted me and asked if he could help me. I asked about the Dodge Durango, and he handled my initial inquiry and my purchase of the Durango I wanted. He was very professional and also friendly and very helpful and attentive. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mike and with the dealership. When I needed to see other people, he brought them to me or shepherded me where I needed to go and made sure I knew what was happening at all times. Mike provided me with outstanding customer service. I also worked with Will, the Sales Manager, and with Joe in Finance. Everyone with whom I worked and with whom I spoke was friendly, courteous, helpful, attentive, and professional. I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience. And I love my new Durango! I can't say enough good things about Mike and this dealership.

Best car experience ever!

I purchased my Jeep Liberty in Feburary of 2011. Overall, I have encountered the best customer service by far. The employees are dedicated in making their customers satisfied and happy. Kudos to the team at Herb Chambers in Danvers :) I always leave there with a smile on my face.

Great experience

Wonderful car dealer with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. It was fun purchasing my Jeep without the stress that can be associated with purchasing a vehicle. Edison, my sales consultant and Zac, the business manager were great!

I called the dealership 2 days before Christmas and spoke...

I called the dealership 2 days before Christmas and spoke with Derek about my issue. He gave me all of the service hours for the week and said to swing in without an appointment when I could. I showed up Thursday night after work, and Derek was working. He quickly determined that the issue was under warranty and that they could have a technician fix the problem right then and there. It certainly didn't seem like it was a "slow" day/evening, but they managed to get me in and out within 30 minutes. Of course not needing service is ideal, but if I do ever need service again, I can only hope it goes half as smoothly. Thanks Derek!

Hello I'm Abby and I'm new to herb chambers dodge...

Hello I'm Abby and I'm new to herb chambers dodge Danvers, MA. Currently I Drive a Toyota that was purchased elsewhere. However, I followed my service advisor Derek Rojas there from another dealership. He's always been professional, honest, supportive, and giving me all of the information to make the best decision for me and my car. His customer service has always been great which is why I choose to follow him but I must say the entire service staff at herb chambers dodge all made me feel like I've been coming here for years. I came in to change my tires few weeks ago and the service was excellent and in a timely manor. As my vehicle is getting older, the time has come for my next purchase and I will definitely be buying there thanks a lot for a great beginning you guys. Happy New Year and keep up the great work. I look forward to a long great workmanship with you all.
