I was immediatly greated, everyone was very nice and professional. Seth had great customer service! i explained what i was looking for and he found different options tht would fit my budget and the options i was looking for. He took his time walking through the entire lot with me writing down all the vins of all the cars i liked. Was not pushy in any way and listened to what i wanted in a car. (not many dealerships have people like this). Overall it was a great experience, and i will definatly be going back to see seth for my future car needs.

First time - great car buying experience

We bought the family car, a new Chrysler Town & Country from this Herb Chambers Chrysler / Jeep dealership. We drove past this dealership when we bought our 2010 Toyota mini-van from another dealer. After researching alternatives to our Toyota, we decided on a Chrysler Town & Country. We were impressed with the features of The Chrysler vs the Toyota at each price point and the incentives were better. We moved ot of the Danvers area, (90 miles away) and found the typical frustrating buying process with several other dealers, before going to Danvers and Herb Chambers. We started with good research and facts, went on-line and connected with the sales staff at Herb Chambers Chrysler - the sales manager, Bill Lee - was responsive and gave us a deal that we were impressed with and which, even more important to us - a deal that did not change through the sales and buying process. The sales person, John Puelo was fair and thorough and even the finance guy - Zack was godd, not unpleasant surprises - just a good overall experience. One of the very few times that I would recommend a car dealership in over 25 years of buying cars. I will go back there, even after moving 90 miles away. They are worth checking out.

We recently, unexpectedly, found ourselves in the market for a car. Herb Chambers of Danvers was recommended to us so we made the trip from Dorchester. Mark Cunningham was our sales rep and was outstanding. He worked with us for over a month to help us find the right car, was incredibly patient, never pushy and very respectful of all the whims of our decision making process. We stuck with this single dealership because Mark was so kind and considerate. He even went out of his way to pick us up at a distant train station! In addition, the GM, Jim Klimas, made us feel welcome and made sure we knew he was available if necessary and business manager, Zac Papadakis was terrifically friendly and put us at east. Overall, the experience was really excellent start to finish and the stress of making a major purchase was mitigated by working with trustworthy people.

I had looked online for the vehicle we were interested in and this dealership had the Jeep. I was introduced to Seth Anderson and immediately found him informative and interested as to why I wanted this particular Jeep. We had quite a conversation about the various models and in particular this particular Wrangler Sahara. We went for an extender test drive to really get the feel of the car. On returning to the dealership the price was nicely negotiated with the Sales Manager. I drove from Cape Cod and was not disappointed that I did. Thanks Seth for making our purchase so much fun....good luck to you in the future!

After only driving Saabs for the past 17 years, I thought it would be fun for our family to own a Jeep and went to Herb Chambers in Danvers. We ended up buying a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara last week and worked with Seth Anderson on the purchase. Without question, Seth is by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with when buying a vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable, ethical, attentive, clear, articulate and just an all-around good guy to deal with. Seth had a refreshing, consultative approach to selling combined with a high degree of integrity, and at no point did I ever feel like I was being “sold.” I would recommend buying a vehicle from Herb Chambers and, without hesitation, also highly recommend asking for Seth Anderson when you get there. He is an absolute “top-shelf” professional.

I recently purchased a used vehicle, and worked very closely with Seth Anderson (sales rep) and couldn't be any happier with the entire process. From the moment i saw the car, knowing that i wanted to upgrade out of my older one, I didn't think i would be able to upgrade due to finances. Seth put me at ease and took me right out for a test drive to make sure it was something I really wanted to pursue in. Not only was he personable, but caring and honest from the beginning. I never felt pressured at any moment to buy the car. Being 6 months pregnant, I wanted to get into a car that had less miles, and better warranty so that I could ensure safety and reliability for the years to come. While having to wait for an available sales manager, Seth made the entire waiting process less miserable and was able to keep the process fun and personable, yet very professional!! After a week of purchasing my vehicle, my check engine light appeared. I got in touch with Seth immediately, who assured me to bring the car back to Herb Chambers and it would be taken care of asap. Although the car had to be put back in service for a couple days I was very pleased to work with Seth Anderson for the purchase of my new car, and would highly recommend that if you are going to Herb Chambers, ask for Seth!!!

I just wanted to say, this is the best experience I ever had. My sales lady was Darlene and she was freaking amazing. She helped me find what I wanted and made suer I knew everything there was to know about it. She talked to me in a motherly fashion and really made it easy to feel like she had my best interest at heart. Thank you so much Darlene you were the best sales person I have ever dealt with

Just purchased a 2011 Chrysler 200 Touring. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The first salesman I worked with, Mark Cummingham is wonderful. Not pushy and tries to go above and beyond to make you happy. Seth Anderson took over in Mark absence, he's very eager to help you find a vehicle just right for you. Business manager Zac was extremely helpful in finding financing that suited my needs and budget, even with adding the lifetime warranty to my vehicle. I've had my car for about 24 hours and so far, am thrilled with it. Aside from some slight braking shimming - which I'll monitor for the next week or so - it rides great. It's a nice, sturdy car ... and it looks great! The only thing I'm uneasy about, is that it only came with one key - which is odd. I can purchase another one, but a $200 or so expense for a 'new' car is kind of hefty. I've lost keys before and appreciate having that 'spare' as a back up. Ideally, in my opinion, the dealership should provide the second key.

My whole car buying experience was very nice and friendly. Seth put just the right amount of selling on us. Coming over from Europe, we are not used to too much pressure to close the deal on the spot, this he got very soon. He was the reason why we returned to Herb Chambers, together with the good price we got for our used Jeep.

ok, where to start! I have bough 5 trucks from the dealership. They know me, I ran into some finacal trouble this past October, I went into the dealership just to talk and see what my choices where to refinance, or just see my options. Next thing I know I was being driven to the bank, and returning my truck...being put into something I HATED! (sorry, have always hated jeeps). The next day I went to return my truck, told Joe I DID NOT WANT TO DO THIS. TO pacify me, I was being told that he was throwing in, Lo-Jack, Dent wizard...you get the picture. Because I HATE to say NO..I am driving this piece of shit out the door, feeling like I have been hit by a Mack Truck! I called within hours to get my truck back and return this....I knew there was a "so many days to return if not happy" That is just what I did....they would NOT honor that and when I wrote a nasty letter to who I thought was Herb Chambers, they went it to everyone on the floor! I just found out from my lawyer that they did something shady, He found something in my contract. I am now in a complete finical MESS because they did just what they did to me.! BE AFRAID...BE VERY AFRAID....RUN, DO NOT BUY A CAR OR TRUCK FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
