They were great.
They were great. I got my tires rotated and oil and filters changed. The whole service took less time than expected. Rodger was very kind and helpful explaining everything to me. Highly recommend.

This service department continues to disappoint.
This service department continues to disappoint. An oil change took an hour and forty five minutes. I wanted my door lock fixed and in between the time I mentioned it and walked to the service advisors desk it was seemingly forgotten. It was mentioned as I was paying the bill for my hour and forty five minute oil change. The tires on the car need to be replaced after a measly 30k miles. The advisor seemed unwilling to do the work required for the warranty paperwork and instead suggested he could discount the two new tires he was trying to sell me. He printed me off some options then failed to provide a figure for a discount he?d offer. Competition is amazing for consumers. Choice is powerful. Unfortunately in this town, there is a single Toyota dealer. I love Toyota and Lexus but will have to seek OEM maintenance elsewhere. If having a decent OEM service department close to home is important to you, I?d consider a different manufacturer because what?s available in this town does not match with what I?ve come to expect of Toyota quality.
