My whole experience with Hendrick Toyota of Wilmington could not have been better! I loved working with Kim Wehinger, sales, Brendan Halloran, financing, and Barrett Piland, a new associate who helped me with transportation. I would give a 10 star review !!!!!

Fail for me
Bought a used Lexus SUV recently and noticed the tires in the rear were low. Had to end up putting air into tire twice a day, so when I took into service they found a nail in one of my tires and told me nothing is wrong with the other. I insisted they look again service guy gave me attitude about it and rolled his eyes and came back and said there is still nothing wrong with it. Next day tire low again. I will just take my car to be service somewhere else, if this is what I get Oh and I had to pay to get the one tire fixed owned the car less than a month and had issues from the start, great customer service

Went in for normal service (oil/tire rotation). Worked with Frank B and felt right at home. Frank took the time to go over future service recommended for vehicle at certain intervals. No hassle or pressure, just great customer service. The Hendrix Team has my vote, as I have been to many other dealerships for service (first time here) and this team was impressive. Great job Hendrix Team!

Great Customer Service
Nick Piper was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure my service experience was the best it could be. They were backed up in the detail dept. so he went and detailed my car for me so I wouldn't have to wait longer. Great customer service!

New Venza Challenge
Brought my new Venza in for a low beam alignment issue. The 1st technician said it was ?set? and could not be adjusted. I researched my owners manual and on page 430 it gave step by step instructions in how to realign the headlights. Brought it back the next day and the 2nd tech made an adjustment but said that he design was such that a shadow was still in the beam. All this took 2 hours to adjust 2 screws. Not a good 1st impression from the dealership.
