My husband and I were vacationing in the Wilmington area when we realized we had a headlight out. We scheduled a service appointment, expecting to leave... it for a couple of hours however, after arriving, the service advisor was able to immediately diagnose the problem, we purchased the part and he installed it. We were in and out within 15 minutes!!!!

Eric Sykes was very helpful, courteous, and prompt. I was only there for routine scheduled service, but I also got a state inspection as well. All handled... well. The facility honored distancing and the Hendricks service staff also wore masks.

They gave an estimate and then after work was completed increased the cost with ?shop materials? which they say they charge everyone. In that case it should... be included with the estimate.

I brought my car to have a relatively simple fix under the warranty. It was missing screw which attaches a plastic guard under the car and against... the tire, I could see the identical screw on the other side of vehicle, which confirms the screw was missing. The service Representative told me that the part ( the plastic guard is damaged) and can't be screwed back, and can't be fixed under warranty, but they can remove the part. I told him that the part wasn't damaged, and why can't they put it back to where it saw screwed under the car, he said they can't do that because his technician said they couldn't put it back. I asked him to give me the part after removing in. The part shows no damage and could have been attached back with the screw ( I have the part). I am disappointed that they weren't willing to put the part back. I probably wouldn't recommend this dealership for repairs

This was my last service in my 2 year ?extended ? repair contract. I was told when I bought my 2018 CH-R, it would be for the the period of my time financing... the car. But when I arrived the service attendant told me I was only getting a tire rotation. Have owned 7 Toyotas. I will never buy another from Hendrick.
