Worst dealership ever!

Worst dealership ever! I’ve been coming here since 2007and today I had a 11am appointment (for a few minor services) it is now 4pm and no one ever told me about the long wait or progress!!! Im still here at the dealership. The service reps are also not very friendly or responsive! I will be contacting HQ about this location!!

Mike Gomez was an excellent salesperson.

Mike Gomez was an excellent salesperson. He listened to what I wanted and was. able to give me the price I needed to purchase my car. All the people I dealt with at AutoNation were extremely friendly, helpful. I would purchase a car from them again in the future.

I was very happy with my new car!

I was very happy with my new car! Everyone at the dealer was very nice and helpful. The whole process was straightforward and I appreciate the transparency from the beginning. They're renovating the actual showroom, hence the low facilities rating, but I bet it will be really nice once they finish.

They are very professional and you can feel the love when

They are very professional and you can feel the love when you go into the buiding. The people are very friendly and courtious. My salesman, Adetayo, is the greatest, he worked with me until I got what I wanted. Yes I would recommend Auto Nation Honda to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle.

Direct car salesperson was great.

Direct car salesperson was great. Office manager not so great. We had received a quote that included a Honda Rebate, but when we drove out to make the purchase, the rebate had ended 2 days prior and no one had alerted us prior to driving out. Ultimately we ended up buying the car, but feel the updated quote should have been communicated so we weren?t surprised. It was still a good price and they had the exact car I wanted, so overall I can?t say I wouldn?t go there again?but I would be sure to confirm sales quote prior to the drive.
