Get a Lexus
Am 2 years into a 3 year lease. Came from a Lexus. This is nothing more than a Honda with lipstick. Shifting gears is dangerous with buttons. To change anything you have to you use a touchpad or buttons. Very confusing. Too many features that most people will never use. Rattles, brakes and overall construction very cheap. Big dissapointment. A Lexus is a Lexus!
Love this car!
I absolutely love this car. I've taken it on several 500 mile trips and it's by far the most comfortable car I've ridden in. One component many reviews do not mention is the stereo system. I have the A-SPEC, which comes with 16 speakers. It was an important reason for me choosing the vehicle, along with the A-SPEC blue pearl color. The stereo system sounds incredibly accurate and by far the best stereo I've heard in a vehicle. It could use a little more low end power to hit low end notes, yet I'm still impressed with it every time I listen to it. And it's good at replicating sound in all genres. Any track sounds good and tuned perfectly! My back has been a struggle the last couple of years and it's one of the reasons I bought the car as well. The seats are extremely comfortable and adjustable. I run hot and the ventilated seats aren't strong, but do make all the difference to keep me cool and dry. The cornering is impressive for an SUV. The torque vectoring clearly pushes you in the turns and helps you turn; very impressive system and makes it very fun to drive. We have some extremely bad roads in the Midwest and it rides better than my other vehicles (2007 TL and 2000 Camaro), but I suppose it could be a little smoother according to some people. I have no complaints with ride quality. Another great thing about the vehicle is how easy driving long distances is. With the adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist, I don't think I could go without it. I haven't driven a lot of vehicles with this system, but I have no complaints with it; it greatly reduces driver fatigue. I drove 10 hours home when I picked it up, and felt great after. Other vehicles definitely make that a struggle. What many people have complaints with is the touch pad for the infotainment system. Once I used it a few times, I got used to it. It seems cumbersome, but Acura designed it this way to keep your eyes on the road. When you realize this, you'll notice how that is true; it does keep your eyes on the road, and I'm satisfied with it. The interior likely isn't the best in class, but there certainly isn't anything wrong with it and I do find it attractive. As mentioned earlier, the A-SPEC blue pearl is quite stunning. I like all the colors, so you can't go wrong with any color, but do check out the blue and red in person; they're my favorite colors. The overall design of the vehicle is one of my modern-day favorites. The panoramic sunroof is nice and worth mentioning. I've heard people complain about the interior noise, but I have no complaints, even if I'm doing 80. Maybe there are other cars that are quieter, but I haven't ridden in one. Hopefully my review helps you with your decision. I love cars and look forward to driving it every time I get in the car. I don't see myself ever regretting the purchase other than the mpg. Just like most cars, the faster you go the worse it gets. It gets about 24 when I was doing 75 for 400 miles. If you start pushing 80, it can really plummet. I haven't taken many trips at 60mph, but it can get 26 @ 60mph for sure. I'd say it can do 27 at 55 mph, but generally 65 is the speed limit in my state. 21mpg has been the consistent number for me in the city. So the advertised mpg from Acura is accurate.
I love my new car
Acura RDX 2021 (technology package ) Is a nice car , Comfortable , smooth ,stylish and spacious. I am pleased with my purchase of the RDX
well equipped, well priced and an enjoyable drive.
4 moths and 4000 miles, a few rattles have developed, nothing significant, I got used to the touchpad interface and find it to be "just fine" as I typically use CarPlay and do most of my audio control from the steering wheel. The car is peppy, comfy and the audio system is STELLAR.
Sleek and sporty design - turbo charged engine, all wheel drive. Plenty of leg room, rear seats fold all the way down for extra capacity and I absolutely love the black 20in wheels!
So far so good
Really nice SUV...traded 2015 TLX now b/c of value of used cars...RDX handles and rides flawlessly. Great acceleration from 4 cylinder turbo. Will have to wait to report on reliability as have only 350 miles driven so far but with Honda/Acura I don’t think it will be a problem.. We really love this vehicle and expect it to last.
This car is high-tech but driver seat can't bend
This is nice compact SUV but does not have power as V6. l wish they made V6 but no option. You paid for 40k Plus for the brand but is not worth it. l regretted . l wish l did more research before l purchased it. l wish if l can return it now.
Greatest suv I have ever owned way better than my
This is the finest automobile ever I recommend anyone interested in a suv for themselves or there family look no further than the 2021 Acura RDX not is so fantastic fantastic you will just want to drive all the time
Bat paint peeling out really quick
In general is a goos SUV but I bought two months ago and front bumper paint is peeling out completely call the dealer said I have to pay cause is the front bumper worst service ever.
Comfortable ride on shirt or long trips.
As a senior citizen, One reason I purchased this vehicle was because of the ease of getting into and out of the vehicle. I am pleased with the ease of handling and the smooth ride.
