2016 Buick LaCrosse consumer reviews

This is my second Buick LaCrosse, moved up from a 2012 to 2016 and a superior model. The previous owner had low mileage on the odometer and interior and exterior of the vehicle well maintained.

I bought this car due to the reviews and reports on its reliability, as well as the fact that it is a Union built vehicle. So far it has lived up to all of my expectations. It has great power, with the V6 engine. IT handles great, and looks great.

No wonder this Buick has had overall excellent ratings. It is a beautiful, comfortable automobile with plenty of performance. No, it is not a Mercedes or BMW but then, it is $30,000 less and in our opinion better looking. In the 2 years that we have owned our Buick it has only been to the dealer for oil changes. We have averaged over 20 mpg with mostly city and expressway driving and over 28 mpg highway with the 3.6 V6.

I purchased my 2016 Buick Lacrosse December 2016. However, on August 22, 2018, not even two years that I have my car there was a problem with the transmission. I had to have it towed to the dealer and their analysis was "the transmission and the car would not even go in reverse. This happened while I was driving on a major street, alone and very scared and upset. I contacted GMC to request that they compensate me for my inconvenience. However, they contacted the dealer and essentially, I was told there was nothing they would do. I explained that I did not feel safe driving a car that is not two years old that has had transmission problems. After they kept the car for week/half I drove the car and it skipped again. Took it back to dealer and service manager drove it but it did not skip on him (doctor in). I have been driving buicks for over 30 years and I am thoroughly disappointed with GMC. I cannot keep paying a car note for a car that has transmission issues before it is even two years old and GMC will not give me any kind of compensation. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GMC EVER AGAIN. I WILL HAVE TO TAKE FURTHER STEPS. WHAT DO THEY DO, WAIT UNTIL SOMETHING DRASTIC HAPPENS????

Beautiful, luxurious car. Have owned a year and a half with no mechanical problems. Rides great Third Buick we have owned . Still own all 3 . 1978 Buick Riviera, 2003 Buick LaSabre, purchased new, all great cars!

I love, love, love this car! I didn't even test drive it and knew I loved it. I didn't think I would be able to afford one but found a gently used one on cars.com and got an awesome deal.

Nicest car I've owned had a great sales man he went above and beyond love him to after I got this car wouldn't have any other car I love it good on gas love it has a lot of bells and whistles I will have to get use to

No problems or issues at all in the two years I have owned my 2016 Buick LaCrosse, very comfortable car.

It looks good and is the smoothest driving car yet and it has a lot of features. It will be a car that I can trust on long drives to visit family and friends. #We drive a lot and need a car we can depend on without problems.
