I love the Buick LaCrosse line, last year I traded my 2013 for another Premium ll LaCrosse and could not be happier.

I am now required to do a lot of interstate highway travel and this car can really eat up the miles in comfort. It gets good gas mileage and has plenty of pickup will needed with the V6. My only complaints are that the center console is pretty small and the trunk isn't huge for such a big vehicle. Still it does it's job of highway glider very well and one can drive in comfort for hours with lots of range. Well priced alternative to many lux models if optioned correctly.

This is my second LaCrosse. LOVE this car!! We kept the first LaCrosse and just purchased the 2nd one. Colonial Buick, GMC in Watertown has been our choice for our cars since 2011. The staff is the BEST!, Brian Mahan has been our families sales person for 6 years now. Brian is great to work with , he listens to what you are looking for and what you can/want to spend. He is truly very helpful. Colonial has a great service team lead by Anthony and Steve. Your car is taken care of with little or no wait time, they have loaners (as long as you call ahead) or you can take their shuttle. These guys don't forget your name! It's a warm feeling. Your site is ridiculous. I never even got a quote. I got absurd amounts of. Texts, phone calls and emails. It's bull cap. Take me off your list. Now please

With almost 600 miles on the car. I am pleased with the performance. The only complaint would be I expected a bit more mpg.

The car is beautiful...inside and out. The control center is a plus, enabling quick access in your selections of music, phone, navigation, text, etc. I look forward in enjoying this vehicle for a long time. The ride is awesome.....

I purchased by brand new Buick Lacrosse, and before it had 500 miles or in my possession for 2 months, I had to return car to dealer for engine light coming on twice, had to return twice for battery issues. They could never tell me what was causing my problems. A sales person at the dealer advise me to contact General Motors. But as most large corporations go, they was no help. Didn't want the car back only advise was to return to dealer for repairs. I will never purchase another GM car again. I traded in my Nissan Maxima, so I'm returning to Nissan.

6 days after buying the LaCrosse, I was leaving a meeting and the check engine and stability lights came on. Car would barely move. After turning it off and then on, it ran but the check engine light came on. Called dealership next morning and they wanted to make an appointment for the next day. I brought it in anyway and they could not identify the specific issue but had ideas what it might be... they re-set the check lights. Next morning, the lights returned. Later the same day, tried to leave work but could not move gear shift out of park. Found "service mode" info in manual, held the start button in for 10 seconds and this time I got the gear shift unlocked. At the dealership, I said i did not trust the car... 2 times at dealership for same problem after driving 200 miles. Asked if I could buy an alternative car, but the manufacturer's offer was not financially acceptable and might not be-do-able for 2 weeks (but they were not obligated to do this). The repair was completed 8 days later, but dealer gave me a loaner, which was much appreciated. Wound up buying a 2015 leftover model of another car. I got about $6000 off on the new car, but was offered $4000 less than I had paid for the first one (it was now a "used car. I like the new car I go. I take the blame for not trusting that the fixed vehicle may have turned out perfectly fine. I HAD liked the original car until it became UNUSABLE 6 days after purchase. Since I bought a nearly 1 year old new car, the deal was not great, but I feel I got the best result considering what I was offered. The service people at this dealership are very good and I had good experience with them after a previous purchase.
