A few hundred miles and already issues

I purchased this car brand new and it already has Blind Spot monitoring and park assist issues. Apple CarPlay also has issues. I brought to the dealership and whilst they were pleasant they couldn’t help and told me to go to GM. It has made me nervous about owning a Cadillac or any other GM vehicle. I was on the fence about a BMW X7 or this and feel I have made the wrong decision.

Dissatisfied

We’ve owned several Cadillac’s none have ever gave us mechanical problems! 2 thousand miles in and the lifters went out! Ressler Chevrolet has been accommodating but a 105k can should not break down at 2k miles. General Motors I can’t get a hold of! Would not recommend!!

Preeminent Sophistication

As a previous Escalade owner, and the current owner of the newly designed Navigator, and the 2020 CT6 sedan; my recent experience purchasing the 21’ Cadillac Escalade Sport has been second to none. I purchased the upgraded leather seats, and options including the premiere 36 speaker sound system. The vehicle is smooth riding, technologically advanced, and has unique features including the air bag system. People haven’t stopped complimenting the vehicle, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Plenty of room, and lots of fun to drive!

Escalade 2021 bad quality!!!

When I just got the car it was giving me signal that the seatbelts in the back are unbuckled even though there is no one sitting there. Even when I drive by myself I have to buckle all the seats as the sound is very annoying. I took it to dealership, they had the car for one week and didn’t do anything. At 5k miles the driver’s seat broke inside and got very uncomfortable. At 8k miles the motor began to rattle and making very loud noise like someone is hitting something inside with hummer and appeared smell of coolant. The car was towed to the dealership. When I called Cadillac they told me that I have to wait almost one week to get a loner car so I went directly to the dealership. Finally they gave me a car but I can’t leave the area 70 miles in radius. Customer service acts like it is very normal and are not helpful at all. I had a very important trip planned and had to rent a car. I am very disappointed with the vehicle and Cadillac overall. I will do everything possible to return this vehicle. Definitely my first and last Cadillac.

Bent rod

Less than 2700 miles. Motor rattling. Towed to Cadillac dealer. Bent rod and bad lifter. Not happy. Wife won’t drive now. Afraid of reliability. Cadillac replaced rods and lifters only on one side. Motor still making noise. Ryan Chevrolet Cadillac
