Very bad experience

Less then 3000 miles and the car broke down on the highway with wife and children. Wife will never drive again. We have had 4 Escalades and this one is terrible. Sad we were loyal customers.

Very unreliable car

Car has 4,000 mi on it in the lifters already went. This happened on Monday been calling GM and no one called me back. Was promised to call back today from someone named Shannon and she never called me. I'm not recommending this car to anybody not due to the mechanical breakdown but due to the customer service on the back end. I own over eight GMC trucks it will never buy one again. Very unreliable car

The ride is not smooth at all

The truck is beautiful however, way over priced and the ride is terrible compared to my other Cadillac's . This was my 4 and final Cadillac - I should have shopped Range Rover.

A Beauty and a BEAST

We just purchased the 2021 Escalade Sport and it's been a wonderful addition to our family. The looks from inside and out are amazing with the updated features throughout. My family is very happy about the new car with it's spacious interior and the drive is very smooth for being such a big luxury SUV. Cadillac did a wonderful update on their flagship SUV and we're very glad to have to tow our 4 kids around.

Awful buying experience and now an awful truck!

We traveled to another state for this vehicle as we could not find one anywhere and went against three other buyers just to purchase this one. Vehicle just hit 3,000 miles and is headed into the dealership with a lifter problem. Highly do NOT recommend purchasing this vehicle. Overpriced for a ton of headaches. In addition the rear entertainment system is useless for small children as it is complicated to use. Bought as a family vehicle and now don't even feel as though it is reliable enough to put them in.

Stay Away from the 2021 Escalade

Purchased 2021 Escalade in February 2021. After 3000 miles car broke down and needed to be towed to the dealer. Like other reviews I’ve read we had a bad lifter. The service department makes this issue sound so minor. However a lifer replacement requires taking the engine apart and going into the pistons. In addition, the starter block burned out. Got the car back after 2 weeks and then the “service passenger restraint system” error light come on. Not sure I want my wife and kids in a car that appears to have an issue with its safety systems. Car back in service department. I’m exploring suing under the lemon law or demanding that GM buy the car back through their buy back program. What a mess and headache this has been. They blame COvid etc. however I don’t think that the machines and computer that build the cars can get Covid.

less than 3000 miles and bad lifter

Could not have been happier the day we drove it off the lot, and today couldn't be more displeased. you would think a $118k car would last more than 3000 miles before a complete engine repair. Other unsettling info we received is that this is the 3rd 2021 escalade they have seen with this same issue, all with less than 3000 miles. The dealer manager said it is common issue with that motor. Really??? wasn't explained that when being hard sold!
