2013 Cadillac XTS consumer reviews

I purchased a XTS Luxury in August of 2013. I am now approaching 30,000 miles. This is a very comfortable and easy car to drive. The navigation works great when it understands your request which is no different than any other manufacturer. I occasionally had a problem with the VUE going dark. A simple restart of the vehicle solved the problem. Occasionally the transmission feels harsh when manual shifting. A friend owned a Buick LaCrosse which performed flawlessly. My XTS regularly gets 32 MPG on the highway and 24-26 MPG around town. Even after almost 30,000 miles the brakes are untouched and the tires original. I would purchase another XTS but my wife wants an SUV.

Traded in an Audi A6 quattro for this XTS 4. Could not be happier. Runs on regular gas. Maintenance is half the price and believe it or not it's better in the snow than the Audi. The Cadillac has all the options at a lower price than a comparable Audi or Mercedes. Test drive one you'll see what I mean.

Love this vehicle! Been looking for a newer Cadillac and got so frustrated not being able to until I found Sullivan's! Rides smooth, totally equipped! Heated seats and steering wheel! Thank you so much!

Worst car ever. All strut mounts loose. Had to replace my Cadillac cue screen. Drivers assist stopped working right.

Great car but a little underpowered for a big caddy. I would also like to see gm bring the hood ornament back.

Bought a 2014 used XTS-V Platimun. Had a 2013 XTS Premium trim but what a difference. Equipped with the Twin Turbo V6 is like adding gas on top of a fire. Not to mention the Platimun trim adds all the bells and whistles of a Star Track ship, it leaves you needing nothing. 2,600 miles over a long round trim and no fatigue. 23.8 MPG on the trip with a 410 Horse motoring event was a delight. Get out of the way cause I'm coming through!! Need I say more?

I have being waiting for this car for a while.Im finally driving one. I love Cadillac cars, but this one is the best I ever had.Great ride looks good and what power it has. This car has everything you need. (lux. model) Buy One and you will see what Im talking about.

A friend of mine liked his mother's new xts platinum so much he offered his new mercedes 350 E-class to her even up. She tuned him down. I like the XTS better than the E-class. I am not biased since I also have a mercedes slk that I love.

Okay, to be fair, love the car and the ride. However, so many small issues the dealer has not been able to resolve. The quality for the money, buy something else. I wanted this car the moment I saw it for the first time. The car spends so much time in the shop, fixing the little things, if the dealer can even find the issue. I have shot video of cabin noise, they still can figure it out, so frustrating. Head light went out, had to go to the dealer, can't just replace the headlight! it's about to run out of warranty, and everything is expensive to repair.

Better than expected. 21st Century...Learning curve...takes some time. And that's part of the experience. GM has finally gotten it right.
