Really too new to me for reliability.

Just what I wanted so far. No winter driving yet and no long trips. No heavy loads, no grand kids in the back seat, and no dogs hanging out da winda yet.

Great mid-sized truck

We had been looking for this type of vehicle for a while. They didn't seem to come up very often, so we were very happy to find this one!

Mid sized pickup that feels full sized

Replaced a 2000 Chevy Silverado Extcab with this 2015 Chevy Colorado ExtCab. For being a midsize truck it is almost the same as the big brother. Better handling, better fuel mileage and a much quieter interior. Bed only 4" shorter and the extended cab space smaller but more leg room. At 6'6" leg room is important and I was impressed that with the power seats all the way back even I could hardly touch the foot pedals. My only complaint is the view out rear view mirror seems clipped due too height of tail of truck but like most newer models car and truck this seems to be a trend and backup cameras seems to be cure.

Been very reliable.

Has handled everything I have used it for. Hauling, towing, and rec. Between hauling building material to cross country driving with family, it has not let me down in 35,000 miles so far. And my gas mileage has hovered around 25-27 mpg total city and highway.

Very Disapointed Colorado Z71

I've had nothing but problems since day one. Stuck in 4 wheel drive took three visit to fix. I've had all the acceleration and transmion shudder problems that meny others have complained about. Always feels like it is in a to high of gear than you need causeing a shudder or luging. Only fix i found is to run 93 octaine gas. Where is the savings there. This truck wasn't tested on the roads in Vermont. I've driven 0ne ton trucks empty that ride smoother than the colorado. And yes I have the long wheel base. I have also experienced heat of 190 degrees out the vents when the temp was set lo and it was 28 degrees out side. No it wasn't in the auto mode. Rear breaks always squeak even after the recall fix. Head lights are poor .

Best Mid-Size Truck 0n the Market !

My Extended Cab 2WD Loaded LT with heated leather seats and all the other features make this truck feel like a premium SUV instead of a truck. Combined with the looks, ride and handling, and awesome gas mileage (30mpg. on highway trips), this truck has it all. I have tried the others, including the new Toyota Tacoma (2017) and there is NO comparison. They are either noisy, slow, gas hogs or cheaply appointed interiors. This one is the Best ! I definitely would recommend the fully loaded feature packages ( leather / power seats, 8" nav., screen, crash avoidance, etc) to have the best ownership experience.
