I have a 95 Z34.

I have a 95 Z34. It is a very special one. It is a Dale Earnhardt special edition. It has name plate under the hood and 4 valves per cylinder among other trim that only this edition has. Anybody know where I can get what this edition is worth? Thanks Jim

One of the best cars that I have owned

My late mother purchased her black 95 Monte Carlo LS new in 94. I spotted it sitting on the lot and she liked the lines of it and it was really ahead of its day re design. She passed late in 2015. In early 2016 I tried to start it after it sat garage for 2 years and it turned over on the first try. Then I thought I should drive it as a mom if 3 was coming up to buy it...she needed cheap transportation. It had 27,000 miles on it and looked brand new. I back out and then put it in drive and it would hardly budge. The rear wheels were smoking. I had it towed to my garage. The rear brakes had rusted to the drums. He hit it with a mallot , then drove it...it was fine. Long story short. I kept the car because I was concerned that it might be unsafe for the mother. 6 years later and 33,000 miles it has been a very low cost car to maintain. I had it undercoated...they can be prone to rust in the midwest...no rust so far. Manifold gasket replaced, brakes, tires and battery. The most annoying quirk, the power window switch goes out every couple of years. This time I ordered an extra for both sides. It has a great ,smooth ride, quiet as a new car and still has a current body style. Its 27 years old and I have no plans on parting with it. My mother called it her baby. Now its mine. If you can find a low mileage, rust free Monte , buy it

Fun Sporty Pace Car - Classic

Fun sporty pace car, inaugural Brickyard 400. Chevy brought Monte Carlo back in 1994 for the race and this car was well designed and done

Nice Sports Car !

I bought this '95 Monte Carlo new and it was the best car I owned. I always got compliments everyone I went. The ride and handling are excellent and very good gas mileage.

Amazing Z34

I bought the car in 2002 and it already had a little work done to it. I is a very fast car. The only things that needed fixed on it were the alternator went out on it once (could have something to do with the 2 15" subs I had in it) and the transmission started slipping pretty bad. For the price, however, it is amazing. The handling on mine is much improved due to Eibach Springs and Bilstein shocks, but overall I absolutely love this car. People all the time make big offers for it...

It's Unreliable

I have a 95 Monte Ls, that won't start half the time I go to start it. It has left me sit so far 2 times in the few weeks I've had it. Another thing is you can't start it right away when it wants to start due to some type of security feature that GM installed in it when it was first built. It's sad that I actually am posting a bad type of review on a chevy product. This changes my opinion on Chevy from thinking previously that Chevy makes excellent vehicles (reliable).

Best car I ever had

I bought this car from a wrecking yard. Now it runs excellent. It only has 60K miles and is very reliable. I work at an auto parts store so anything it needs is relatively easy to get.
