i owned the truck for 6 months the service department is really bad all over the paint gets scratched easily v8 performance was not good at all

I love my Silverado! It has plenty of room and has great styling. I have more power than what I need and it does hurt MPG.

Purchased, operated great for four months, than safety issue occurred where vehicle became unreliable. Steering and power issues unresolved after multiple attempts by GM. Believe likely pertains to this truck, but could be larger safety concern for other owners.

This is the fourth Chevy truck I've owned. A 1953, 1995, 2012, and this 2016. They've always been reliable and durable, but now you can add refined to the list. Creature comforts I wasn't expecting and had never dreamed of. The cab seems wider, more spacious than the 2012. Had to watch the speedometer a little closer, cause the ride is so smooth I couldn't feel the road and ended up speeding. Great truck. Great value. I'd do it all over again!

Pros: -Cabin is extremely quiet -Nicely equipped with everything you could ever need. -Plenty of power for towing Cons: -Seats are extremely uncomfortable for long periods. Enough so, that if I could sell the truck I would.
