2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 consumer reviews

Plenty of room in the crew cab for all pasengers. Styling is great. The 8 speed tranny is great for towing. I had a 2007 silverado with the 5.3 and a 4 speed it would fall behind and downshift to almost redline while towing three 4 wheelers, the new 5.3 and 8speed doesn't fall far behind and when it does downshift it's a slight rpm increase and smooth. I cannot speak for the reliability as I have only had it for a month but it's a chevy.

3 weeks after purchasing my truck it developed a strange lurching motion when coming to a stop. Apparently GM has known about this and other problems with the 8 speed transmission since it came out about 4 years ago but doesn’t have a fix yet so do your research before buying any GM vehicle with this transmission

I've owned chevys all my life, this one has a front end issue that chevy and the dealers have no ideal how to fix, after driving for approx. 30 minutes it has a rattle start making noise, its been in the shop twice to be repaired and it still has the issue, my dealer has no ideal or does it even want to try to repair. another dealer has thrown parts at it but has not fixed anything. I guess I'm stuck with it.

the spare is a 17inch temporary tire the tires on truck are 18inch, truck handles very poorly when spare tire is used, I thought using odd sized tires mess up your 4 wheel drive. jack wont get the truck high enough to remove flat tire '

My previous truck, the first truck I've owned, was a 2011 Silverado. It was a great truck and have no complaints. When I went looking for a newer truck I looked at Silverado's first. Ended up buying a 2019 at Route 66 in Tulsa. The people were great and got a really good deal. Silverado's are popular so I got a really good price for my 2011. I wasn't looking for a truck with all the bells and whistles and the 2019 I bought only had the standard features. Which were plenty good enough for me. Love everything about my 2019 Silverado.

The Silverado is easily the best truck you could buy. It saved my brothers life with its advanced safety systems. I will forever be grateful to Chevrolet for doing their jobs right and making the safest vehicles out there. We’ll be a Chevy family for life.

The new styling of the bed is deeper and perfect for cargo and our dog when he tags along very safe place to have him, the cargo hooks are well place for hauling things, The new interior All Star edition is very nice we were going to purchase a different model however this is very nice inside and has all of the features we use, perfect fit.

The new generation 2019 Silverado is the best Silverado ever produced. Its hands down better in every way than any year model before her. And, that's really saying something. In a nutshell, the new Silverado looks better, drives better, is so much more responsive, gets better fuel mileage. The new Silverado is taller, has a bigger bed, has the most interior room that it's ever had. These are all facts. All you need to do to confirm what I've written, is to just drive one. They are incredible.....

We've only had the car for a few days, but so far we are pleased with everything. Rides smoothly for a truck. Nice interior. Leg room pretty roomy in crew cab.
